Well firstly managers need to be given 2/3 years. I don’t care if it seems like they’re losing each week but as seen by last season sacking your manager doesn’t mean you’ll do any better. He’s also had to go from being a dominant team in the league to being one of the weakest which is a big shift in mentality and tactics.
