One of the guys in the band and his brother own and operate a video production company. The band does quite a bit of the work in creating their videos as well. Also, casting was done via Instagram. Everyone in the video aside from the band (and possibly the guy at the end) were volunteer fans.

They do have people that work on their videos, but they work a lot of it out themselves. They basically do their own videos, with the assistance of a production team run by one of their members and his brother (and that team does music videos for other bands as well)
