They make the deep throws look easy but when I do it they always turn over

Make sure you're throwing with a Discraft Ultrastar... After that it's technique/skill. But the wrong disk will absolutely ruin any skill so don't be too hard on yourself if you aren't getting success with the wrong disk.

Release angle, nose angle, spin.. a lot of factors affect the flight. Some similarity to disc golf discs like the glitch which burns hard if any part of your form is off
