It's very exciting to see how the Farm is expanding. Abra was being a very good girl biting at her toy rather than biting the dogs playing in the background while you were chatting. Love to all 🥰🥰

Oh! My! Stars! My husband and I just sat down after having dinner. Started watching your video and as the part started about Helen’s two cats that haven’t found a home, my husband paused and said, Melanie! This is YOU! That’s how we’ve gotten all of our rescues!” We chuckled and laughed, but I loved that part of this video. Chris said, “We started planning a place for the dogs to sleep and you wanted it bigger and I couldn’t figure out why. Then you gradually worked the conversation into these two rescues at our usual place. Are they here already? Where did you hide them?” Anyway, you two are so lovely and so wonderful for all those you add to your pack, including your KZbin family. People like me who write too much. Bless. ♥️

I see a white flag of surrender, Luke! LOL How wonderful the two of you are. CPH cats can live long, happy lives. They just wobble a bit. Lots of carpeting helps them feel more secure. Can't wait to see the finished catio!

Lee Asher has a dog with cerebellar hypoplasia called Matilada and she wobbles about but is engaged with the pack, loves to be around the other dogs and lives a pretty amazing life on the sanctuary. I think learning as much as you can is a great start and how sweet that you are willing to stretch your hearts even further to Donny and Daisy. So many people overlook animals that aren't 'perfect'...but perfection doesn't exist. Your motley crew of animals proves the ability to work with animals who have 'issues' can turn out beautifully and hearts big enough to handle the reality of owning animals with health concerns. I can't own a dog where I live but I get my dog fix when I watch your channel, one of the best on youtube in my opinion!

Well for starters I was laughing watching you try and have a conversation on the couch with a nice cup of tea with a gazillion big dogs trying to join you on the couch and demanding love. Then the cat-io. For two people who didn’t think they were cat people I think you have - from a dog’s perspective perhaps - gone a bit wild. Love the idea of the cat-io for Joy and Jack Jack - I think they will get a great deal of enjoyment out of it. They are so much more mobile than I had thought they would be when you first introduced them. I really thought Don and Daisy would show up at the end of the video. With their wobbles they might really need some barriers for safety in the cat-io, maybe a plexiglass kind of dome over ramps and higher level areas so they can’t wobble their way off, and Joy and Jack Jack can’t bounce up or off? You must have picked up on the idea that to me their arrival on the shores of the Evans Family House of Unlimited Love is something of a foregone conclusion. If they get along with Joy and Jack Jack there would be a nice little group of physically challenged cats that Louis and Kitty Rose can ignore. Can’t wait to meet the latest editions. Oh, forgot - did you all get new covers for the living/family room furniture? I didn’t see any of the usual blanket covers.

😂 oh my goodness your discussion for the design and location of the catio is so familiar to me.. my husband has had to put up with all my reasons for rescuing another dog! I even whet and picked up two and brought them home without telling him first my husband just shook his head then held and named the dogs, but he loves them too. We now have four! ( at the moment. ) LOL. When we rescued our stray mommy cat who came to our front door and then birthed 5 kitties years ago my husband had to make all the catio outdoor cages and indoor climbing shelves, that I innocently suggested the cats would enjoy. 😮 We kept mommy and found homes for three kittens but kept a boy and girl. ( mommy died a year later from a spider bite 😢) the kittens we kept were in our home for 16 years and only a couple of months ago crossed over the rainbow bridge. Sam you did so good “manipulating” Luke in a sweet, knowing Luke would cave, gentle way. 😊 i love when he said, so the cats will be here in five minutes. 😂 looking forward to seeing the catio designed by Sam and built by the loving hands of Luke. And the family is growing, again. 😅yippee.
