In case anyone didn't know, you can swing the guardian blade while rolling by pressing the attack button during a roll. Combines your defense with some offense.

I would like to let you know, you finally made me pick up S&S! I usually just listen to your S&S vids as I go to sleep, so I actually haven't had much of the game spoiled for me. I'm currently playing the game essentially blind. I've really been enjoying myself so far! I may have made a mistake in picking the hunter as a starting character, but build variety seems to be fantastic! I've found the whip and crossbow to be very useful, and the soldier spear has been really nice as well!

Have you thought about doing a "no talking run" of this game, similar to what ymfah did with ds2? Or would it be too similar to your no creed run and therefore not really worth doing? Also, love your content, it's what got me into s&s in the first place

It would definitely be different - I'd be able to levelup and spawn at sanctuaries, but I wouldn't be able to get the runes (doublejump, etc) you normally get. This is an interesting challenge idea, definitely adding it to the list!

I probably have mind break or something, but i decided compleat this challenge but without Guardian Blade. As for you, only problem is Nameless Fucker but i found one trick. If you would not level your endurance, Bonecrusher and Iron Rampart your load would be over 175%(!). It means that Spark would cost insane 2.6 Focus and deal for Nameless 22 damage (50 mind) what is more than enough. But this is not most interesting, if your load is more than 200% and you have cost decrease ring you would pay NOTHING for any of your prayers. And yes it's more than possible to be less 25% in one handset and over 200% in another.
