Farah sounded offended, even though she was the one that hurt her friend’s feelings. Just take accountability for your words and actions, maybe apologize to the group. Your intentions may have not been malicious to you, but they were to the people around you. Own it, apologize and move on.

If you're going to give suggestions that are different than what someone else had planned out then I would suggest at least giving at least five times more compliments than criticisms that makes your criticism seem significantly minor compared to the positive
