Found out my ex husband was talking to another woman when he called me by her name! The following day, he admitted to cheating on me with another girl. I was paying for his school but instead of going, he was messing around while I was at work or taking care of HIS kids! Instead of showing up to counseling (I wanted to say I tried) he was still snuck around with another woman....so I dipped, never looked back!

Physical cheating would be harder for me to get over than emotional cheating.

He told the wife to cover his tracks just in case someone have seen them out together or cozy at work. They see each daily and the affair isn't going to end. I've always thought emotional affairs are worst for men because most engage in physical with no ties.

I think, for women, they view emotional cheating as worse, and, for men, they think physical cheating is worse.

This has to be the best TCAC thus far. Her reaction, and the girl that called in after lol. But on an emotional level, you can tell she really believed her husband. Hope she throws him out! My ex husband was a liar and cheater and I was not even a fraction of myself by the time I finally left.

When caught or confessing people usually always try to play it off as not physical unless there’s undeniable proof of physical. Some also confess to what they think is the lesser betrayal to feel their partner out before later confessing to a physical affair.

My ex husband used to call cars that he thought were nice things like ‘what a beautiful car’. ‘Look at those curves’. ‘That’s a sexy car’…. What did he compliment me with in 18 years…NOTHING!!! Am more angry with myself for staying than with him. When I left him I couldn’t believe how many men called me beautiful. 10 years later still single and will never let anyone in. I do laugh about it a bit now😂😂😂😂😂

Emotional cheating is worse because sure they can go and mess around like if its for work but you know that they love you. If you lose them emotionally, sure you can be with them, but whats the point without that extra something. Looks fade, personality is forever.

Deal with your own guilt if you're emotional cheating. What can the other person do with it? Same goes for a one time physical cheat.

In an emotional affair, a spouse will completely emotionally abandon their spouse because all of their emotions are wrapped up in that person they are having the emotional affair with. So if you have sex with your spouse, there are no feelings involved on their end. Anything you try to do as a family there are no feelings on their end. There's also no appreciation for your spouse for anything they do from cooking a meal to being there for them at the hospital.

I was married to a guy who would tell on himself on purpose and then keep doing the same activity. I think he got off by seeing me pissed and being able to keep me around.
