That was really good baseball games. He got the gold ring. He is not ready for school because he had a long week and a baseball he definitely is a champion. Just a tip for baseball, I’m 14, 150 lbs, 5 ft 8, and I decided to started CrossFit 1 month ago. I’ve lost weight, got stronger and now the bat feels like a feather in my hand. I think if you signed up Mason for CrossFit then he would be much stronger when it soles to baseball. Don’t listen to the people that say CrossFit is bad for baseball or if it hurts your body. Every time a minor (or anyone) signs up for CrossFit, there is always a trainer there to assist you. Just a tip

With all of your exercise, don't forget the electrolytes with the water!! Love making my own seasoning - packets often have too much salt and too much sugar/corn starch. And it's so EASY. I make something very similar in the crock but add olives for a kind of "chicken marengo" style.

This may be a tip, I about the same age as mason and I kept getting dizzy and my doctor said when you are going through puberty your body needs more water than usual so that may help. But anyways love the vlogs

Dear bevos when I was five years old I started to get a small headache and it got worse and worse and so my mom took me to the doctor and she said it’s a mind grain and that mind grain lasted three days and so ever since that day evry other day I get head aces and I have to take heavy medicine my headaches are so bad that I get sick from it and it last up a few days sometimes but mostly one day and so about two years I went too the hospital for my head and they suggested a mri and they found nothing but then I went to my normal doctor and she found that maybe we should mix medicine so what that means is a Tylenol and Advil at the same time and it make a strong dose which is more likely for the head ace to go away.
