This song talks about a marriage. She is the bride and she doesn’t know he’s a dangerous man. The marriage is according between gipsy families and the bride is going to be married with a bad man. At the same time, people celebrates with a party. He said she is from his property. It is a story of possession and love.

Yes, and the two Fridas is about the Frida married to Diego Rivera, who suffers because he cheats on her and lies to her all the time. That Frida is dressed in white and there's blood on her dress from holding a broken picture of Diego. Then there's the Frida who is the artist dressed in her colorful clothes. With Rosalia's version, I see it as the bride cuffed to groom. Because it's also her and she has a third eye, I think it means deep down she senses something is off, but she's ignoring it because she's happy to be getting married.

2nd chapter, the wedding. The main phrase (the one she half sings half talks in a low voice) is practically the full message. - If there is anyone here that is against it, it shouldn’t rise their voice- (that the bride don’t hear them) (that the moon don’t come out, that it doesn’t have reason) The song is from the guy point of you during the wedding and indicates somehow that he is taking possession of her and the people around know he is not good but nobody says anything. Straight up flamenco! Ole!!!! You SHOULD take class! They're everywhere, look it up. I studied for about 10 years and had to drop out due to a back injury, but it takes a lifetime to learn. I cherish those years. Do it, you will love it!

I would like to have money to pay you for a Rosalia concert in Spain, and a Spanish course so that you could understand all the little nuances, double meanings references to other arts, ancient linguistic twists, mixtures with the gypsy language and Spanish. It's not "legit". It's however, the only song in the album that mostly preserve traditional rhythmic patterns, so it sounds more Flamenco than the rest. But it still has samples and electronica, but the give more protagonism to the singing with the Andalusian or Gypsy tone, the guitar and the claps, and this is the result. But, as a Flamenco listener myself, that's also reason this is one of my favorite songs, so great lol

She's wildly innovative yet sings like they sang in the 1940s. How?? No doubt we haven't listened to her best flamenco track yet, but she's already done a lot. The scene was stuffy and boring before she broke into it. Whenever they interview flamenco artists these days, they get asked about Rosalía. She's legit the hottest thing to happen to this genre in 28 years.

If I wanted to run a long distance and have an adventure I'd pop this song on. I could run away and have a soundtrack. 😂 The lyrics are about a gypsy wedding, the groom is a horrible man. He says that after the wedding the girl will be his property. The title means, 'may the moon never leave'. There are two theories behind what was meant by the moon in the title.
