Definitely an underrated song that hit the airwaves this month in 1994! Bonnie Rait was truly a legendary crossover in the country/rock genre.

This song embodies all the universal emotions Bonnie sings about - lust, unrequited love, longing, rage. She makes music for intelligent grownups, and this is a song for intelligent grownups. Go Bonnie!

Saw Bonnie some years back in Reno. She and her band were smokin. Top 5 concert of all time for me - and I've been to some real bangers over the last 45 years. Thanks for the blast from the past post!

I am cranking this at top volume for my grand-niece, who is strumming her $4 ukulele while jumping about. Sophia is now a Bonnie Raitt fan, for life. Resistance is futile.
