I was watching a Netflix documentary about beauty (Explicando) and it was saying that we humans like scenes that looked like an African Savannah, with open grass fields, a shelter (the cabin), a large body of water (large cloud indicating rain) and something edible (trees and birds). This video thumbnail just confirmed that. It's just beautiful.

I remember the day I was very emotional about how many things in my life went wrong. How much potential I wasted… I had a long conversation with my dad in the kitchen reminiscing about my old school days & how optimistic I was back then. Suddenly I had the strong urge to regain back control of my life. I remember thinking about my old lovely Teacher who always believed in me. I went back to my room, sat on my desk, opened this playlist (it was just released in that week!) & startet learning for my finals. Yeah I succeeded & passed (which I’m very proud and thankful for)….but now almost 5 years later I’m again at a point where I’m almost giving myself up & thinking I’m not good enough for school & academics. Never had strong anxiety& depression lasting for months. Everyday for the past 5months was hell. I’m still enduring & hoping for a good outcome….Seeing this picture ALWAYS brings me back to the moment where I had the feeling of „things went bad, but I can be different today to change the future into something better again“…. I don't know what the Future holds for me, but I’m not giving myself up. No matter if I finish it or not - Degrees don't determine my worth. For all the people who read it till the end, I hope you get want you want from life and that all your hard work will pay off.❤️

Soooo~ Its a nice 70ish degree day in the valley, a nice calm wind is blowing keeping it relatively cool. Hence the reason I chose this mix, a calm breeze. Just had a rough week, been hot and cold with my ma lately and we decided to have a BBQ at the park, since we bought a small portable grill, and needed some down time. This mix has set such a calm and relaxing vibe to unwind with, and I thank you for that. Music really just molds the atmosphere around you. The smell of marinated meat and peppers that's wafting through the air smells so nice, and these soft and mellow beats make me feel like i can stomach life a little easier.
