I am disappointed in the delivery time. The flowers were loaded on a FedEx truck in North Las Vegas at 7am and was not delivered until 3:45 pm. All day in a truck that has no air conditioning,WILTED! Not happy about the delivery!!

BUt you cut them with a scissors, which compresses the stem. I learned in Japan to cut flowers with a knife so you do not pinch and compress the stems. I was trusting you to be expert! But now I dont think so. Do you have a response to this?
