YEEESSSSS!! This was the second track I helped with the joint commission for; well before Gojo VS Makima was ever announced, believe it or not. And I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Faced paced yet also heavy AF, and ramped up moments of intensity made for some interesting storytelling beats. I could almost hear parts where it seems like Pochita’s true form being unleashed, or Sukuna activating his Domain Expansion by the end. This is easily one of my wanted fights ever (probably my most wanted anime-themed matchup) and I cannot thank Brandon enough for bringing his A-Game here. Looking forward to what’s coming next!!

Well that's one hell of time to upload. But hey, not gonna complain if it means I get to hear another epic song. Also damn that's a good track art (altho I'll admit that the random T-posing future devil looks a bit funky and not in the right way) and a clever title too, really like when the track names aren't *direct* references to the characters but a play on something related to them (IE: in this case Flash Back --> Kickback for Denji). Y'know, when I saw that track I honestly expected something somewhat akin to The Devil You Know. But a pure metal track that borders on something you'd hear in Doom fits perfectly too. Altho I must say that it's quite audible that this track is to receive vocals. It definitely sounds good now but there's not much to say on its own due to it feeling distinctively like it was made with vocals in mind (something very audible due to the fact that only a few segments have notable melodies) and lyrics will make it stand out all the better. Still, that doesn't mean there's absolutely nothing to say. Notably I quite like the gradual increase in scale that the track has. It's not too notable and not constant but you can still feel it that, as the song progresses, it becomes more chaotic and powerful which is a nice way to reflect how those two strive by essentially ripping each other apart as brutally as possible. And that's a perfect general atmosphere for the track that makes me very curious to how the track will sound like with lyrics. Overall this song is definitely a nice one but it needs vocals to truly achieve its full potential even if it isn't lacking in quality as of now. As said above, I'm heavily looking forward to how a vocal version will sound even if that won't stop me from appreciating an already really nice instrumental. So yeah, amazing work as always with this.
