Now this matchup is very meta considering the TMNT's original origins. Leo's going to have a hard time using stealth here against Mr Walking Sonar. So this fight would come down to skill and strategy. The track seems to reflect this coming off as thoughtful for lack of a better term as both combatants feel out each other's fighting styles.

I could see the Leo in this fight drawing more from his serious incarnations than Leo vs Jason did, since Leo running his mouth during the fight would really harm his chances, given his opponent. Would still talk, maybe to compliment Daredevil on his fighting ability or respond to Daredevil's comments on him not being human, but would know when to fall silent and just fight.

Base hulk is large planet , was able to out speed captain america who was able to box with Thor to a standstill , was able to beat and stab wolverine who also was able to pierce Thor and thanks to his sonar sense can find the weak points of his enemies in an instant even if foreign to him , he also faced better opponents skill wise . I can agree that Leo might have the ap advantage but DD has everything else

Let's do this. Startup: night-time in New York. Most people sleep in their homes and beds, while some are still up. In one of the dark alley ways in Hell's Kitchen, a human sized creature waits for his brothers to show up: Leonardo. Leonardo: "Where are they? They shouldn't be taking this long." ???: "Who shouldn't be talking this long?" Leonardo: "What the? Who's there?" Out of the shadows, a man dressed in red with small horns that make him look like the devil reveals himself: Daredevil. Leo reaches for his ninjaken swords. Daredevil: "Don't. I'm not here to harm you." Leonardo: "Who are you?" Daredevil: "I'm the defender of Hell's Kitchen. Call me Daredevil." Leonardo relaxes himself a bit. Leonardo: "I'm surprised you didn't call me a freak. That's what I'm normally called." Daredevil: "When you're someone like me, you end up meeting a lot of strange things." Leonardo: "Understandable. It's funny. I've never seen you before." Daredevil: "It's hard to see much when you live in the sewers. You have the smell all over you." Leonardo: "(chuckles) Well, the Sewers have been my home for a long time." Daredevil: "I'll ask the questions I asked earlier: Who shouldn't be taking this long?" Leonardo: "Huh? Oh. My brothers. I've been waiting for minutes." Daredevil: "Is one of them chaotic?" Leonardo: "A little. Why do you, ask?" Leo steps back, thinking he already knows the answer. Daredevil notices it. Daredevil: "By the way you stepped back, I think you already know the answer." Leonardo: "You'd better leave them alone. There not bad, they just-" Daredevil: "I know. I'll try, but it'll be hard." Leonardo: "I don't believe you." "Out of the Shadows" ques. 0:00: Daredevil: "I know you're concerned, but if you let me try-" Leonardo: "No. I'm sorry to say this to your face like this but, like I said, I don't believe you." Daredevil knows what this means: a fight. Daredevil: "Then, I'm sorry about this next bit." 0:12: Leo and Daredevil begin going hand-to-hand, each countering the others moves with there own. (It's imagination time.) 0:25: at this point, Leo throws Daredevil onto a garbage bin. He pulls out his ninjaken swords and leaps into the air, but Daredevil takes out his Billy club and shots one of the ends at Leo, knocking him off balance. The cane reconnects itself and Daredevil smashes it at where Leo is. Leo rolls out of the way and the two continue the fight. 0:50: Daredevil is doing better than Leo expected, so Leo back flips to create some space and throws shuriken at him. Daredevil deflects them with his club and throws it at Leonardo. Leo ducks and throws a smoke pellet on the ground. Daredevil catches his cane and doesn't move. He just uses his radar sense and waits. 1:00: Daredevil: "I see you." Daredevil leaps into the air as Leo swings at him. Daredevil wall jumps on the buildings to the roof. Leonardo in his mind: "He could see me without looking at me? How?" Leo puts the question aside and pulls out his grapple gun and grapples himself up. 1:15: once he's up, he attacks Daredevil while trying to figure out what's up with this guy. 1:27: Leo and Daredevil lock there weapons. As they try to overpower one another, Leo notices Daredevil's eyes. They look blank. Leonardo in his mind: "Is he blind?" Despite Leonardo being stronger, Daredevil is skilled enough to split is cane to throw Leo off balance yet again. He then kicks Leo onto the edge of the roof and when he tries to follow up, Leo grabs him and throws him off. 1:40: Daredevil lands on his feet and Leo jumps down to. Leonardo: "You're not human. What are you?" Daredevil: "The man without fear." Leonardo takes out a kunia and trys to stab Daredevil with it, but he avoids every single one and eventually strikes a pressure point on his left shoulder, causing to go numb and he breaks his leg. Leonardo: "Not bad." 1:55: Leo notices a sewer grate on the ground, he uses his foot with the non-broken leg to kick it up and throw it at Daredevil. Daredevil ducks, but the grate hits a street lamp and is loud enough for Daredevil to react in pain to it because loud noises overwhelm his senses. Leo makes a mental note of that as he jumps down and chants the healing hands montage. Leonardo: "Rin, puo, tosha, igen, retsu, sisa." (Best I could do to mimic that.) Leo's arm regains movement, his leg is healed, and he jumps back up. Daredevil as just recovered from the noise. Daredevil is impressed that Leonard's arm is moving again and his leg has been healed, but he continues the fight nonetheless. 2:10: Leonardo leaps over Daredevil and grabs the sewer grate. As Daredevil rushes him, Leo bangs the flat part of the grate on the fallen street lamp in order to test something. The clang hurts Daredevil's hearing and stops him in his tracks. Leonardo: "I knew it. He relies on his hearing instead of his sight. Now that I know that, let's see how fast he can react." 2:23: Leo pulls out his Mystic ōdachi and swings it to open a portal and disappears. Leo continues to open portals to attack Daredevil, each one in a different location with Daredevil struggling to avoid them all. (Go bonkers here.) 2:35: at this point, Leonardo finally slashes Daredevil, and the smell of the sewers being all over the place thanks to Leonardo appearing and disappearing aren't doing his sense of smell any favors, but the suit does allow some protection from the slash, though not a lot. Leo lands in front of him, but Daredevil gets up, disarms Leonardo, roundhouse kicks him and tries to get away from the smell by wall jumping. Leonardo: "Get back here." Leo grapples himself up and chases after him. A roof chases commences. 3:00: in a attempt to slow Daredevil down Leo throws more shuriken at Daredevil, who deflects them with his Billy club right back at Leonardo. Leo slides under them and eventually catches up, but is thrown by Daredevil, who took one of his swords in the process. Leo takes out his other one for sword-on-sword action. 3:36: the two do a back flip and charge at each other for one final strike. Daredevil: "This ends here." Leonardo: "Cowabonga!" 3:50: the two clash there swords and swing through there guard and in the end. . . . . .well, that's up to you. What did you think? For the next one, we have two female sword users fighting in the night. It's Erza vs Mitsuru in "Evoke the Heart".

Leonardo pushes Daredevil off of him and goes in for the kill, but Daredevil was hiding his billy club behind his back, so as Leo went to stab Matthew through the face, Matt fired half of his club straight into Leo’s chin, throwing off his aim, and he only slightly sliced Matt’s cheek, Matt then spins back around with Leo’s other sword in hand and slices Leo’s head clean off of his shoulders, everything is still and silent for the moment, until Leo’s severed head hits the ground, and his headless body collapses to the ground Daredevil: You know, I really didn’t want to fight you

I think I'll go with Leonardo, although he won't be able to use stealth or the environment to his advantage due to Daredevil's Radar Sense he still has many advantages, such as strength, stamina, durability and weaponry (he has his katanas , shurikens, kunais, daggers, tantos and smoke bombs). While Daredevil has a slight advantage in speed, experience, and is possibly more agile, Leo has defeated the likes before, such as the Foot Clan, Karai, or Shredder, and has also faced a wide variety of enemies.

Matchup is... I guess it exists. Not bad, but not amazing. Song itself however is definitely great. It combines the pretty energetic and relatively "happy" (not the right term but I can't find the right word for it) OST of TMNT while still having that darker tone that's able to be heard in places like the "chorus" (IE: 1:02-1:27) by using, among other things, the Daredevil theme which is amazing. In general the song sounds amazing. It takes the best of both worlds and combines it in an OST that sounds absolutely epic (in its literal sense), fits both characters and sounds amazing. I'll also mention the last segment of the song before the final chorus (2:35-3:24) which sticks out as being *especially* good even for a song that's great. Ending itself (3:24-3:52) exactly *because* it takes the chorus and uses it one last time in the song to sign the end of it. And chorus endings are almost always a win in my books, this case being no exception. I also really like the 3:48-3:52 bit that uses both sound cues from TMNT and Daredevil to leave the ending ambiguous as who'd actually win it. It's a very slight detail but gives great personality to the ending. Simply magnificent. Amazing work as always.

Base hulk is large planet , was able to out speed captain america who was able to box with Thor to a standstill , was able to beat and stab wolverine who also was able to pierce Thor and thanks to his sonar sense can find the weak points of his enemies in an instant even if foreign to him , he also faced better opponents skill wise . I can agree that Leo might have the ap advantage but DD has everything else

Fair, though as a Leonardo fan I do want to see Death Battle's take on a more serious, less goofy Leo. I love goofy Leo but I wanna see Leo's more serious side in DB.
