I found myself saying with you outside over one under two! So simple. I braided my hair in the military for 15 years so I admit to having advanced knowledge of 3 strand braid. Even under heavy seas and freezing temps I could do it. Crush injury to my dominant hand made me forget about baking for many years until recently. Your video sparked my desire to make Challah bread and do the 9 strand braid. Took some time but I practiced with bread flour and lots of yeast. Sort of a pizza dough, baked it for the birds when done. My friend has cancer, I made him his favorite bread and it healed me too. Sadly he died in 1988 when I was very young. Unfortunatly he couldn't teach me to make bread, but I did learn it through my life and I am proud of the fact my grandfather was a baker.
