I used to run track. There was one practice where I pushed myself very hard. I ended up puking about half way through, and towards the end I almost passed out. I had insane tunnel vision. Everything looked way too bright. I could barely stand. I could barely even keep my eyes open, because the brightness would make my head hurt. Having people around you who can help push you to that point is valuable. At that time, I had been in the best shape of my life. I've never gotten back there on my own. Seeing JJ's training, and the way his coach was pushing him, honestly made me miss those days.

My issue with some of the thing KSI did is the form and that's not his fault, like on the electric ladder or whatever it's called, by the end where he can barely stand his head is going all over the place, he will get strain in his neck and that isn't too bad, but if it effects his sleep it could effect other things. Then look like pinching in other areas and then we are talking nerve problems and just compounding niggles making his camp less effective.
