I needed to change a few things about my daily routine, and add some healthy habits. It was surprising to me how much of a difference even one small change made. I still have a ways to go, but I'm feeling much better these days. I hope you enjoy spending the week with me, and getting my life back together!

Awe thank you! I've been having good luck at forever21 lately, and I always check the mens section for tees. Thrifting is the best, but it seems everyone's caught on to that so it's hit or miss these days.
