Correction on Grain Bill, should be 83% Maris Otter, not 79%. Thank you @Blake Faulds for catching that!

Man your channel really presents everything in such a clear and informative way where I feel like I not only actually learn, but also don't get overwhelmed by the content. A really well blended mix of information and visuals. Super stoked I found this channel!!!

That looks great. I am keen to know if the dry hops in the keg don't clog/block it? Did you notice any negative hop flavour change over the drinking period due to leaving the dryhop in? Many thanks.

Great Video Trent! I did steal your hop schedule (always wanted to try this hop combo) and paired it with David Heath's malt body for his Verdant IPA. Love the flavors of the hops and the combination! Perhaps this summer, I might attempt the full recipe! Keep em coming!

Hello, Thank you for the fantastic channel. I really enjoy it. I have 1 question about the time that you keep beer in fermenter. Some people claim that extract beer should stay in fermenter 2 weeks. If I check the FG and see its OK, can I last fermenter stage earlier?
@TheBruSho3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I think it all depends on final gravity. If it’s stable for 2-3 days then I say move to packaging.

How long did you keep the hops after flameout? Approximately

I threw them in and then chilled immediately, that’s all!

Do the hops stay behind in the pot or are they transferred to the fermenter along with the rest of the liquid?

Hey mate, these videos are awesome. So keen to try this one out. Did you leave the hops in the keg after the dry hop or take them out?
@TheBruSho3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I usually just leave them in there and haven’t noticed any issues with it. I’ve heard some people getting grassy notes if left in there for too long, like two months or more but I usually don’t have the beer for two months so haven’t notice it

Definitely going to brew this! Do you use any software like Brewfather? Any chance these recipes can be put on that platform so I can scale everything to my system?
@TheBruSho4 жыл бұрын
I use BeerSmith which is pretty similar. You can just use the percentages for malts that I use and add them until you get the original gravity in this recipe. I use percentages since every one has a different system, but let me know if you have any questions!

That can definitely happen but I usually drink it before that point

I've made a hazy with a British yeast. It dropped out like a brick and the beer became crystal clear... Oh, by the way, if you want to make a Krystallweizen use WB-06 from Fermentis... I want to make a session ale for myself. I've seen that Lallemand Verdant makes perfect hazy IPAs with a lot of apricot from the yeast. I will use that.

Are you missing something in your grain bill? Recipe looks great but 79% + 9% + 8% = only equals 96%!
