When our bunny got the snip we got given some medicine, but we never had to do this with our bunny XD No idea what they put into that medicine but it was like some form of bunny crack, we had to make sure to hide the syringe after we were done or he'd start eating the end of it trying to get more XD

With super fidgety rabbits, sometimes the best course of action is to enlist the help of another person. That way one of you can keep the rabbit secure. If not, then finding a location that is unknown to the rabbit can do a lot to keep them calm, that's why high surfaces tend to be good places. After that, it's just patience and persistence will get the job done.

You could also syringe train your rabbit before it gets sick so that it associates positively with the syringe. I don’t have a rabbit, but I have syringe trained my budgies so that they comply when I’m giving them medicine in the future.
