I've been trying a lot of ways to make it work I tried ryu-ge sword soul which an infinitely stronger sealing, but it bricks more, I tried the tenyi support which bricks less but the end board wasn't that strong tbh and i did have the deck space problem because of the hand traps so imma this board breaker version and get back to u

If only Tenyi has a Tenyi searcher as well. Yes, Heavenly Circle adds a Tenyi from deck but it takes a turn to activate. Also, to make it easier to say, it's SA-HAS-RARA.

They do, circle adds on the next turn and vessel adds if you have a non-effect

@@nitro5247 I talked about Circle already. Also, Vessel adds a Tenyi monster, not card. I specifically asked for a Tenyi searcher because there is no way to access Tenyinfinity on your first turn outside of Mula Adhara.

I find this profile interesting. I feel good seeing that mapura and a board breaker approach is probably optimal for swordsoul... In masterduel you obviously feel obligated to play handtraps because maxx c is legal, but this deck always seemed like it had so much engine that handtraps weren't worth it.. as well as you said, the tenyis themselves are boardbreakers in a way, so the deck naturally wants to breakboard to begin with. As for the mapura, I felt like during fire format it was crazy good if you could use it to protos for fire, so that's why I used mapura rather than shathana.. bonus for the two attributes for baxia.

I personally like lanphorincus, since it clears your own effect monsters and makes your tenyi live. I play bystials but mainly because i play other handtraps and bystial + adhara/veiler is a yazi

I like monk at 3 it helps from preventing bricks and lets you combo again if one combo is outted

I use a Ryu-Ge version of the deck of Tenyi Swordsoul which is very flexible, and not bricks as most think, and with the new support coming, it’ll be legit competitive

Honestly i'm so disappointed of the ryu ge support, i think it's really bad and doesn't help the swordsoul version at all

@@mikeyfeliciano7174 I would love to think that it's true that Ryu-ge doesn't brick but it's really not. I've been testing Ryu-ge Dino and all the main deck Ryu-ge bodies are garnets for War Zone, meaning you have to play the 2nd copies of them similar to o-lion, in addition to their continuous spells being bricks. Also, without the new ryu-ge support, it plays bad into handtraps.

I play the same ratios cali! Same deck all around except, I play yazi over the third monk but your reasoning for the third monk might change my mind. I also play cross out for the exact reason that nibiru and a couple combos of hand traps can flat out end the turn. I just think it’s sadly one of those decks that needs cross out and called by

I personally think yazi is a must in this deck especially when going 2nd. Sometimes there is a line where adhara and 2 longyuan opening in hand. Btw I dont bring dragite because its non wyrm and bit mediocre

Call me crazy, but could you play a copy of Chicken Game since Mula Adhara can search any field spell? It gives you another target in case you draw the Tenyinfinity or Vessel already, or pivot if you don't need either. If you draw the Chicken Game, it's just Upstart at that point.
