Is there any application for the CareFree BT12 with the vertical arms(seems horizontal to me!)? I don't have room to carry a ladder to mount the CF stabilizer clamp (box awning)to the lead rail every time. Thanks for any thoughts.

I have seen the hardware mounted to the end of a box or casette awning on the back of a toy hauler.

What are the pros and cons of this compared to the Carefree one you also featured?

I love the Carefree. Pro for Sav e Awn: They reach above 9ft and you dont need a ladder to hook up after initial install. Con: The Carefree will not lift as easy as the Save Awn, meaning the excess wind will lift the SaveAwn up and the pole will lift off the ground where you need to adjust them a little more for the lift effect to maintain contact with the ground. Hope that makes sense. Carefree will not go as high at set up at the SaveAwn. And of course you should never leave your awning unattended. So if you still have your TT then I like the Carefree. You don't have the height issue.

Just caught his episode. We have a Momentum as well. Given the height of our trailers, do you recommend the Sav Awn over the carefree?
