Actually, when Strange drops the zombies on Ultron, you can actually see Zombie Cap, Zombie Hawkeye, and Zombie Falcon all very much intact (for zombies, that is). Remember, Zombie Cap and Zombie Falcon were both cut in half, one of them in a way that put them down for good, and the other in a way that it could no longer use its legs. Chances are, Strange summoned the zombies before the final showdown in episode 5, which would explain why Zombie Wanda slowly began glowing when Ultron destroyed the other zombies, so she was probably summoned from containment.

I like the little joke that Black Widow said to the Watcher about making popcorn while watching, as it reminded me about the Super Hero Squad show as when Galactus was invading Earth, the Watcher was sitting on a chair eating popcorn, while saying that he did do something, that he made popcorn for the event. 1.) Stark and Gamora weren't making a new gauntlet, they were melting that one down so it couldn't;t be used 2.) I don't think The Watcher intentionally appears taller than everyone just to seem bigger. Based on the comics and everything, I'd say that's just his natural size. He appears bigger in the sky when he's viewing a universe through his crystal "screen". But if he's physically right next to you, he appears at his normal size, which is still taller than most characters.

They were destroying the Gauntlet. The Gamora in that universe killed Thanos, and stopped his plan of using the stones. She reduced the stones to atoms and melted the Gauntlet so that no one else could ever use the infinity stones in her universe.

There is another detale: when the watcher takes killmonger, you can see that he is not in the room a couple of seconds later even though he is supposed to come back at the exact moment he was taken. It foreshadows that he won't return from the mission
