Ingredients:
For marination:
Chicken thigh (7-8 pieces)
Half yellow onion puree
2-3 garlic cloves
1-2 tbsp pickle juice
Optional: 2 tbsp yogurt
Spices: oregano, paprika, red pepper flakes and salt
Sunflower oil
Sauce: tomato, red pepper paste and water
Bake at 400F for 1,5 - 2 hours or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C)
