Dear Sir, Ek chasme se dekhte dekhte, sweeping generalised commentary se aisa dikhayaya ja rha ki sab kuch galat hi hoga. ex sainiks se najdeek ka rishtaa hoone ke karan mein keh sakta hoon, abhi jo purv sainik 45 saal tak ki age ke baad bhi jo sena se aa rhe h unhe bhi state govt aur nationalised banks mein achchhi khasi naukri mil rhi h. To jo sainik 22 - 26 saal ki young age mein ayenge, kya woh itne gaye beete honge ki who sadak par sabji bechege. Abhi abhi AF ki agniveer scheme mein 6-7 hazaar vacancies ke liye 7.5 लाख applications aayi h. Jo vyakti iss competition ko paar krke sena mein aayega kya aapke vichar mein wo sena mein jane ke baad itna nikkma ya nakaraa ho jyega ki wo sena me 04 saal service krne ke baad, sirf ATM ke bahar Guard ki naukri, ya fir gali mein sabji bechne ke layak hi hoga. In these times when every employer is free to take the best deserving candidate for a particular job; then why deny this right to our Armed Forces to choose the best among the best. I mean 25 % percent or one out of the four will be retained for further service in Armed Forces. Why only Armed forces has to carry on with average staff. Aisa vichar rakhnewale ya toh highest degree ke pessimistic h ya unko sirf ek hi narrative chalana h ki jo bhi reforms Sarkar desh mein lagu karna chahtee h, woh sirf aur sirf durbhavna ya Gross Malafide Intentions ya kisi vyakti ya institute ko anaitik fayada dene ke irade se hi laa rahi h. Please don't criticise anything even before implementing or giving it a fair amount of trial period. Nothing is cast in stone, every reform is a dynamic process, it can be tweaked, as per needs or can be fully rolled back if it doesn't serve the purpose or intent for which it was implemented in the first place.
