Bread & Butter Carping part one - Carp Fishing

A mini series with all the usual ups & downs, thoughts, tips, tricks and natter.
This is something i have wanted to do for a while as a small personal challenge but not only that i think it reflects much of the carping that goes on day to day by all of us that doesn't reach the front page.

Good to see you back Steve with a nice local pond series. After the last few of not very good years I have had and with your quote of " You only get one life go fishing " in my head and not having carp fished for over 15 odd years which is all I did, and with a couple of family members carp fishing I have started to update my gear in the hope of getting out for the odd session, I have no car so am very restricted but I cannot wait to get out there somehow :)

No not given up just having to work more now to make ends meet as we all are plus the car problems stopping me going out this year... if you are on facebook you can keep upto date there as i have been posting about what's going on. Hi do you know of eny good lakes in the northamptonshire and surrounding areas that are good?I'm having the same problem with the ones i normally fish very buisy just lately.also eny rivers,i have been looking on google earth at Cambridge.eny info would be great I fish for carp mainly. . cool vlogs 👍
