I went through the other night when they had the actors working, and yeah, it was a little intense! I was surprised how close the animatronics were to the patrons. I got ‘gently’ clobbered a few times by them. So awesome. I need to do this tour next time!

Every time I get to the part with the animatronic sacrifice guy on the table, I always yell KALI MA! I know quite a few of the actors there and the guy that works that scene always joins in with me. It’s always a blast. You definitely need to go when the actors are there. It’s a totally different experience.

@@brandongallagher8694 Nope, I think that's why a big chunk of Jacobs viewers are Brits. We don't have anything like this and we only have 2 major theme parks.
@seth81385 жыл бұрын
What about London Dungeon, Alton Towers, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Thorpe Park, the new Paramount resort that’s being built in London, Drayton Manor Legoland Windsor? We have Disneyland, Disney World, and Universal and a couple Legolands. All the others are just parks with rides. We only have about five or six true “theme” parks. Some amusement parks are kept up better than others but more or less they just plop down rides wherever there is available land and don’t put a story or anything to it.
@DeanBlackfyre5 жыл бұрын
@@seth8138 My Grand parents used to go to Blackpool, it's really popular for old people and lego land isn't good tbh, it's targeted at children and there isn't much there for adults. I'm from Scotland and we have 1 theme park notorious for accidents and once you have been there then you have seen it all. Most other attractions are based in or around London.

Best haunt I've ever been to hands down. The theming and actors are incredible, and the care the owner puts into his houses is unmatched. You owe it to yourself to check it when it's fully operational. The same guy that runs The Darkness also has another attraction about a half hour away that takes over an hour to get through. Highly recommend that one as well.

The Darkness is my home haunt. Did they still have the Hive zombie haunted house upstairs? Did they still have the bridge that drops you? I've worked there several times. You have to go back around Halloween time, when it's full of fog and live actors. There is also tons and tons of human operating puppets. My favorite is the large clown skull in Terror Visions at 17:35. Also at 8:54 a live actor sits in that "wheelchair" and it rocks side to side and moves on a track that simulates it falling down the stairs. When it's being manually operated, the eyes light up and spin. The puppeteer can also swing the hands out to "grab" the patrons! I also noticed a lot of the animatronics not working properly. I miss the large mirror maze they used to have. and by the way 5:45 is a giant scorpion. Thanks for the video! Love this!

I'm looking forward to going to haunted houses this year. I'm happy that the unpleasantness didnt cause haunted houses to close, I feel like it may be one of the best years for haunted attractions. Since they are letting less people in at a time and all the ones I've looked into are requiring a "reservation time ". Less people going in and only letting small groups in is definitely going to enhance the entire experience. Although I don't want the unpleasantness to stay around, if this works out well for the haunted houses for a better experience, I kinda hope they keep it that way .
