Can we also appreciate how long this haunt is in comparison to most? This felt like it went on forever in the kind of way that would make it even scarier. So many smaller mazes and haunts feel less frightening to me because I know they're over in a couple of minutes.

Those Witches at the 1st, their voices sounded like the Chipmunks. lol Sooo Many Animatronics, it was wonderful. I worked at a Haunted House in FtW.Tx. for a few years, an yes the different haunts do talk to each other about the goings on inside them. We couldn't really have a lot of animatronics like that setup, because people around here have No Respect. They think they can't be seen in those dark spaces. I'm glad the people in other areas appreciate the hard work & money that gets put into these haunts.

The Darkness is probably the best Haunted Attractions in the country! If anyone works there, did you scare Jake until he said "Ahhh!! Who are you?!?" and screamed like a little girl. Can’t wait for actual Haunt Season to begin in October. 😂🤣

I enjoy those more without all the scare actors. To me too many take away from the ability to appreciate the work that went into the haunt. You're constantly being diverted from being able to see the scenery better. I hate the feeling of being rushed through the haunt. Maybe not have too many scare actors as the animatronics do a pretty good job on their own.

Jacob did you ever go to the Jekyll and Hyde club in New York City? They had two locations one in Washington Square and one in Times Square. It was a dinner theater, weird wacky, sort of Ripleys believe it or not restaurant.

The Darkness looks a great Scare attraction there i remember seeing you go there before Jacob but it always looks one of the best Haunted houses , here in UK we do have '' Pasaje del Terror '' a interactive horror show that takes you through a spine-chilling maze of scenes from famous horror movies.😱👻💀

Best Haunt I've ever seen, but satanic for my taste, biggest cringe ever was the long tongues hanging from the demons, they should get rid of the tongues. Otherwise yeah very impressive. I'm personally more into ghost haunts and such but they did amazing with this.

You should definitely go to Fitz's on the Delmar Loop, definitely the best burgers you can get in that area. I love the King Louis burger, can't go wrong with their root beer either.

Place was kinda a bummer last time I went , lot of the animatronics need some love and I’m guessing it was just an off night . So many effects were down and actors weren’t on the a game . Still make a yearly trip when I can though 🎃 I also think netherworld gets my vote for best animatronics
