back when i watch miraculous as a teen, i didn't care too much for nathalie because i didn't understand her. now that im older and paid more attention, i have grown attached to her. it takes a certain level of maturity to understand nathalie's character. when younger fans talk about her their opinions are very black and white (basically "nathalie bad i hate her") but older fans they see something different in her. they're able to understand why she does the things she does. we learned that gabriel brings out the worst in her. not everyone is going to understand, or want to understand nathalie and that's ok. but the people who get her, get her. people see nathalie as gabriel evil assistant, but thats not all to her. she's a very sad and love sick woman. it's becoming obvious that something happened to her in the and that's why she is the way she is. she's not dealing with her trauma well.

I have very mixed feelings about Natalie. I like her. But I think that some people are too forgiving towards her comparing to all the hate that Gabriel receives. They are very similar. Natalie is loyal. She is willing to do everything for the love of her life. But Gabriel is exactly the same with Emilie (“Since I can remember, everything that my father has done he's done for her”). Natalie is the only person who knows how destructive and dangerous his grief became. He puts in danger not only other people but also his own son and himself. He is self-destructive. But she helps him with it, supports him, encourages him. It’s like you give alcohol or drugs to someone with addiction and pretend that you help this person. Gabriel usually listens to her. Natalie could at least try to give him a different perspective. On the other hand, Natalie is even more self-destructive. And Gabriel could try harder to stop her from using the broken miraculous. But they are too blind to be able to really help each other.

In my opinion, Gabriel also sacrificed for Nathalie like in the first episode of "Ladybug" he can put aside Nathalie to get himself an akuma army but no he doesn't hesitate but also withdraws his akuma to help Nathalie. And I am also a Gabenath fan, I really like the character of Nathalie and I really hope that Gabriel will give up Hawmoth and move to Nathalie, she can help the father and son relationship between Gabriel and Adrien better. Personally Nathalie is my favorite character in the entire show. I couldn’t care less really about the love square or all the teenage drama or anything because most shows are that way. However Nathalie is the character that interests me. For every reason you just stated. No I didn’t really consider how toxic Gabriel was and how much a relationship between them wouldn’t not end well. However I still ship them for one main reason. Gabriel relies on her. That’s may sound bad but from where I see it he is growing quite attached to her, and we already know he isn’t gonna be hawkmoth in the future. So my idea is that once he finally decides to move on, he would finally figure out how much Nathalie means to him. And then I think their relationship would go well. Because the trust those two have between eachother is basically immeasurable. Though I did love the idea of diving deep into her character because there is so much we don’t know about her. The simplest one being just her age. We know nothing. However a character like her deserves to be explored. As you said she has layers and layers of personality and history that no one cares to unwrap. Talking about anything from know clothing style, personality type, mental issues (which I’m sure she has), sexuality really anything. I mean I could go on all day on all the AU’s I’ve made up trying to unwrap at least some of those layers of character. In my eyes I think Nathalie is basically in that situation where she is stuck between a rock and hard place. She can’t really take care of herself and would risk so much to leave. But it would be likely quite healthy if she did. Gabriel isn’t really giving her any option, because he is worried she would actually leave and he isn’t willing to risk his identity being on the line and his job for crying out loud. None of my friends watch miraculous or if they do they didn’t care at all about Nathalie. So sorry it’s long. But I will agree with anyone who says that Nathalie deserves for screen time and deserves to be.learned about and introduced better

Nathalie does many things for Gabriel and and gets nothing out of them I know some people hate Natalie brcause she helps Gabriel there's a reason why she cares about him and wants to help him to get his wife back and in the other hand I don't think Gabriel cares about Natalie the way she does if Natalie we're not here he wouldn't be very powerful in season 4, and if Gabriel does make his wish to bring his wife back Nathalie will not be in that different universe and neither Adrian. Okay I honestly agree with u dat Nathalie deserved better. She was incredible and meaningful especially in the later sessions especially in season 2 where we find out she knows hawk moth, how she expresses a constant desire to help Gabriel not to mention risking her own health and using the peacock miraculous just to save him. Her health had therefore deteriorated as a result. Her arc was built up more in season three where we see the amazing and cunning mayura help hawk moth occasionally whilst giving helpful advice to Gabriel. I feel bad dat at the end of season 3 she worsened but cos of her the peacock miraculous was fixed so Gabriel should really be grateful to her. In season 4 her character was less in the sense that she was recovering. I hope by the end of season 4 she fully recovers and becomes mayura again. I was waiting for mayura to appear in season 4 but no such luck there was too much shadowmoth. She is smarter and it would be interesting seeing her as the main supervillian. Let’s wait for the season 4 finale too see what happens

I have VERY mixed feelings for Nathalie. On one hand, I like her as an antagonist cause she's smart and uses her brains(something we don't get to see very often on the show from the villians) . On the other hand, she makes a lot of bad decisions in regard to Gabriel. I'm sick of her being in love with Gabriel and her loyalty to him. It's become extremely unhealthy at this point to which she's willing to die for him. And the man's trying to bring back his wife!! #GIVEUPANDMOVEONHONSOICANLOVEYOU . And lastly, I hated her in Chat Blanc for ratting out Adrien. I love that she cares about him and she obviously treats him better than Gabriel, but she also loves Gabriel and cares about him more than Adrien, so I kind of get why she ratted him out but that doesn't cancel out her actions. this thought just popped in my head… but, what if the reason nathalie is helping gabriel as mayura is to protect adrien. like she knows that gabriel is going to continue being hawkmoth either way, and that if he succeeds, a price will be payed. what if shes trying to become the most important person in gabriels life so that she will be sacrificed instead of adrien? but that crazy thought aside, i agree, i would like to see a flashback of adrien’s childhood. Emele is 100% a villain, probably worse than gabriel, so i imagine that nathalie raised adrien even when emele was around. i would love to see that. ALSO, ive always had this thought about the adrien-sentimonster theory, but what if the reason Adrien never went to school or was never seen in public as a child was because he didn’t exist until a year ago, and the tragic event that killed his mom was trying to bring this sentimonster (that they modeled off of his cousin Felix) to life? kind of like Dawn from Buffy The Vampire Slayer if youve ever watched the show (i recommend it), they created him at his current age now, and then planted fake memories in other ppl’s heads. that could explain why adrien has no memory of a childhood dream, why in wishmaker his parents looked different, and what gabriel & emele were using their miraculous and the grimoire for in the first place. they were infertile & trying to find a way to create a son, but it was too much for emele and she passed away. idk hope that makes sense

First, I have to say this to a community that will understand. It has nothing to do with this video. I tried camembert the other day and it is not smelly cheese. It is more like a soft brie. Not my favorite, but it is ok. Plagg will like what he likes. No loves what he loves. Onto Natalie. I ship her with Gabriel as a villain couple. We don’t see that a lot on this show and it is a unique factor. I wanted a storyline where Natalie recovers as she realizes that she shouldn’t do this anymore. And than she and the bodyguard leave and adopt Adrien and di everything in their power to prevent Gabriel from taking him back. Seeing it more, Natalie does not have this thought. She is just as capable as Gabriel to risk Adrien’s life without a second thought. While she does deserve better, i don’t think she thinks about Adrien’s best interests as much as she previously did. Maybe she is just in too deep.

Maybe Gabriel's behaviour toward Nathalie is fake but it's still real just like hers toward Adrien. And he found a way to save a wife if there wasn't then he didn't have choice to move on but it exists so why not trying ? And maybe saving his wife is this only thing maintening him in life.

I really Love Nathalie but him with Gabriel is a no no like she should just leave Gabriel I don't care if my ship won't sail if my favorite character is getting hurt by someone she loves most I want her to be happy but if she's with Gabriel and his addiction to butterflies and a corpses that prolly won't happen but if Gabriel would change and move on they'll all be happy Especially Adrien is okay with them having a relationship because he assumed that's what his father's gonna tell him in the episode Felix

I don’t think she’s human. I’m pretty sure she’s a Sentimonster. She only displays a handful of emotions and is literally the only employee that is fully complicit in Hawkmoth’s mission. Her obsession with him feels closer to creator/creation, assuming Emelie wasn’t that one who created her. She co-signs on everything Gabriel does without any apparent regard for the fallout or how it may affect others. Like, does she ever think about how she destroyed the city in the New York Special on Hawkmoth’s orders and the fact that she’d have to walk by the people who weren’t saved in the wake of destruction left by the Sentimonster she made with the Peacock Miraculous? People likely died during that attack. That’s blood on both of her and Gabriel’s hands. Even if it was a surprise that they wouldn’t arrive and beat her, all that devastation is at least half her responsibility, if not more since realizing they couldn’t arrive to fix everything wasn’t enough to get her to recall the Sentimonster. I agree that she’s complicated, but her capacity for redemption doesn’t really appeal to me all that much since she’s just as liable for terrorizing Paris as Gabriel is.

Litterally every character is responsible for chat blanc, she just told Gabriel the info, attacking Adrien was his own decision 😅. She also seemed worried and maybe she thought Gabriel would react normally 🤷‍♂️
