Selmar can teach the steps a bit and then all of your dancing and enjoy the times in the evenings is such fun to see al lof you doing. Nice break up of the time, after working so hard. Selmar is not going to leave he is needed and he can be the Prince even? Yoru brother when he comes and Selmar as Prince and you Princess and your mom Queen ( Or the Queens mother??) and we could use even a Duke and Duchess? for a quick dried tomato, choose any of your favorite variety---i like the small sweet 100's or the teardrop salad tomatoes. prepare by halving. place on a well greased half/whole sheet pan. sprinkle liberally w/ good evoo, sprinkle w/ sea salt, good ground black pepper, white granulated sugar, a bit of cinnamon, dried thyme, dried dill, and powdered cardamon. you may change these dried herbs as/ your taste. place i a preheated oven (300 F) uncovered for 2 1/2 hours. stir them about every 45 minutes. if they are full of moisture, it will take more time. just turn down to (300 F), until you get them to a wrinkled appearance, and they have a chew to them. allow to cool, and place them in a glass jar, being sure to save oil, liquids, and seasonings for jar. add a bit of red wine, red wine vinegar (1 Tblspn+), or (1-1/2 Tblspn's balsalmic vinegar (I love the balsalmic). it is important to add the vinegar, as the olive oil will need to be tempered by it. vinegar will keep out anaerobic growth and the olive oil from becoming rancid, if not refrigerated. i prepare to or three flats at one time for my catering business, as it is cost effective, saves on loss, and wonderfully fresh-tasting and vibrant in stews, sauces, and on salads. if i use whole cherry tomatoes, i put them atop of blanched, salted, peppered asparagus, cippolini onions, and cornichons. i call the presentation jeweled asparagus, for the presentation can be done in the form of a starburst or a crown. i usually use a silver salver, baccarat round server, or spode in blue. it can be very beautiful and very tasty. this use of tomatoes allows one to use them immediately or save them in the pantry. i also like the recipe because i live in a seasonal region of the States, and i have to rely on tomatoes from mexico, california, and florida. this method is a way of getting a deep, deep tomato flavor any time of year. i hope you will try it, if you haven't. bon appetite.

A trick with Tomatoes I learn (through poor planning) if you freeze them (in Ziploc or such bags). When you let them half thaw out It is the water that thaws first which you can poor off. Than what is left is the body and the flavour and you have to boil it down less for sauces.

Super easy cut the tomatoes and put in baking pan cover with olive oil add fresh basil some garlic cloves and salt and paper and cook for half an HR. Spread over toasted bread add mozzarella or goat cheese. Is ecxellent

How? How do you do it? Every time I watch a vlog from the Chateau I end up with a huge smile on my face and feeling even more like a part of your beautiful party of friends, family and guests. I just decided I need more margaritas in my life. I love the fact that Selmar sees some job that needs doing, like a header over a shower, and turns it into a lovely work of art. He is so artistic and talented. Tomaz added so many touches to the Chateau during his stay and then to compose a piece of music at the end was just the icing on the proverbial cake. It's almost like the lands and buildings of the chateau bring out some magical, mystical talents among those who show up on it's doorstep. Thank you yet again for making my life happier.
