If there were Emmies for KZbin, this would blow away all the categories. Not only do you manage an incredible household for three very busy days while in heels and back pain, and create a joyous event for all us no. Patteons, but the videography without a team of specialists is spectacular.!!!. Somehow HRH Elizabeth’s passing, although so sad, marked the end of a era for LaLande as well. As you know, a double rain bow appeared as she passed and at the same time, rain held off for you. It is a new time for LeLande, Britain and the world. The very fact that we can see your life at LeLande is a testimony to the changes that are happening. Is it true that Marie is off to South Africa? Her flowers always fill and complete every room and their lack when she is gone is always a reminder of her presence!And what a tremendous vocal from Cat. I can’t afford to be a patron but I watch all the ads and usually leave a comment. This vlog was amazing seeing all the patrons as well as all the LaLanders together. Everyone did an amazing job pulling this off. I was sorry to hear of the Queen’s passing. She was a beautiful soul who served her country with grace, honor and dignity. I have been a subscriber for a long time and watched LaLande evolve with Stephanie’s incredible hard work and steadfast vision. Her magnetic personality has drawn such a wonderful group of talented, caring and supportive friends into her charismatic orbit, it I joy to behold. Stephanie's Dad must be holding the storm so the patrons can have a glorious experience at Lalande. Stephanie has a grateful heart that's why she is richly blessed. Molly and Phoebe are adorable! I love the white bowl given by Sven, the food by Guillaume, Dana and Andrew, Maria and Kat's mini-concert, Marie's flowers, and Percy's parking jacket! I cracked when Gerry with his characteristic humor asked the patrons if they need an interpreter. And Philip - I cannot believe the planning and organization that went with this event. You have an excellent team at Lalande. Is this going to be an annual event? I bet it will get better every time.

Stephanie says she understands and knows not all can give and if not it is okay. When we click above and thumbs up, it does help with revenue too. She has come up and over the point needed to earn for even this !,, So it helps even this way. Patrons do so much, but we all do what we can. But many things yet must be done and if anyone can it would be great if they did, as it can be very expenive to keep up such a lovely and large Chateau. I loved everything so much I’m watching it again. What a wonderful event - how kind of Henri the Marquis keeping the nasty weather at bay. Everyone did their part so beautifully - excellent scheduling Philip - pulling an all nighter!! Philip must be thrilled that dogs are finally part of the chateau family. Really thrilled to hear the back story of Kirsty’s success with the dahlia bed; I had no idea and yes it is absolutely wow!! Beautiful food, (love the tablecloths Sara!!), everything was gorgeous right down to the best dressed Dana as day chef, Andrew as evening crew caterer extraordinaire, the delightful teas and lavender sachets made by Pavlina and of course the ever classy car park attendant Percy.

I think, after seeing the front of the chateau, that maybe the best way to designate the main front door into the entrance hall would be to source two very large urns and have them planted or filled for all the seasons, with flowers in spring summer and fall and then evergreen branches in winter. It’ll be a good solution for the time being until the face work is done

I want to thank all of the people who are Patrons. I am unable to afford it but if I could I would because it is so important to keep history alive. What fun it must have been for everyone to get a chance to meet everyone we know so well through your videos and for you to get to meet all of the wonderful people who have been so much help in taking the restoration of La Lande to the next level. I come from the part of Greece that makes the best feta and cheese in general. Our nickname is "cheeses"! It was amazing meeting all of you at Lalande and meeting all the Lalanders. It was a bit surreal to be at Lalande and entering the rooms and walking on its ground, especially to get used to the different perspectives of the rooms and exterior. But it was a wonder to see all the care you all put in to make those OpenDays very special for all of us. You were all so nice and open, I loved talking to all of you. Some of the people I talked the most to: - Amaury is such a gentle soul, loving and caring person, I could talk hours with him, - Philip is radiating so much joy, passion and he has such exquisite taste, sense of details and know how to tell a story - Stéphanie is radiating this joy, spark of life, hopefullness about Life and she is an amazing being - Nick is an amazing person, I could listen to him for hours, everything he was sharing was so interesting, - Andie what an incredible person and artist, seeing her arts in person was a gift - Michael Potts, his photographies are really incredible to see, I really enjoyed talking with him - Chantale, Isabelle, Maria, Nattie, Kat and Chloe were so nice and so interesting to talk too, I really enjyed to talk with them, even if it was just for a little bit :)

@@annaheater8906 I think she is referring to Nick the tree surgeon / arborist. He's a fantastic asset for the Chateau. I don't know their business relationship, but the fellows of his caliber charge a boatload of money for what they offer. He has a small fortune invested in his mill and shop on wheels and he usually has his son in tow too. He looks pretty low maintenance, but offers a rather rare and wonderful service that's incredibly valuable to a châtelaine. Stephanie has enough wooded area of land to warrant an arborist that visits multiple times a year. The fact that he processes it, including milling as needed, is incredible. She has worked so Hard for all that she accomplished .She has that certain something that people are always looking for and rarely ever find. WOW! Such exciting days! Everything looked so beautiful. The tables looked fantastic with Marie's flowers and Sarah's tablecloths. Maria's concert was outstanding! She's EXTREMELY talented! And Cat can sing so well! I'm sure every single guest was happy to be there. Maybe I can make it next year. I really wanted to this year but just couldn't work it out.

It was laughter and tears. Stephanie’s speech to the patrons left me in tears. So beautiful. How lucky were the patrons to enjoy the company of all the Lalanders. It’s like spending a day with your favourite movie stars. The Chateau looked beautiful.

What a amazing 3 days everyone looked so happy with all you had for them to see gear and taste you're Mama looked stunning and very happy having people about , what a fantastic eventful days and the rain manage not to spoil things fir you all everyone was doing what was asked of them it made it a perfect 3 or 4 days . You're helpers are all unique with what they bring to the Chateau even you and Phillip everyone helps like one bug family to make you're event a big success all of you are one big family a just gel together just meant to be , when the Queen died a double rainbow was over Windsor and Buckingham Palace how amazing is that though it's really sad after 70 years on the throne feels very emotional and I cry at some things the TV shows she's been a constant presents in all our life's RIP 🙏 our Queen and love to each special one of you be proud you've brought back to life a broken place and filled it with happy memories and they'll be many more empath the Stephanie magic smiles and laughter plus good food ❤

I was so pleased to hear Cat sing and Maria at the piano was so beautiful. You all deserve the sunshine that appeared. Isabelle and Percy made it so special not forgetting Gerry.
