I totally agree, as a matter of fact, if you look the data base, at amateur level they even score better than main stream openings... so really everything is playable.

For the most rapid scorekeeping, I recommend ChessNoteR. Perhaps usable even under time pressure. Also would be ideal for claiming three-position draws.

Good question! I considered it but it just didn't seem sound to me as black also has some great diagonals and vision against my king on h2 not to mention that my rook on f1 would no longer exist and my rook on a1 would have a hard time getting in...

I just played against this at 920. I got my queen trapped being so aggressive trying to break through. Luckily he blundered his queen about 5 moves later and I already sacked for a rook and picked up a knight.

A single game can't count as a norm. You need a 2450+ performance rating in a nine-round FIDE tournament. Since this tournament was only 6 rounds, winning a norm wasn't possible.
