Ohhhh man I am psyched to see this next stage for the Hawks. I know we're still a ways away from where we all know we want them to be but, between the signings and further development of our young core, it's reminding me of that 2007-08 era when there was legitimate hope for what was going on

Im really hoping we get luck and get another to 4 pick. Martone or Frondell would be legit the end of drafting for that core.

@ThatGuyAlex69 wow that would definitely help big time! I keep wondering who's gonna fill those roles that we had locked in when the dynasty was built. I know it's a different time with different players, but all those roles need to be in place. Who's the Seabrook, Keith, Hjalmarsson...who's the Hosaa, Brickell, Shaw...I'm excited to see it all come together

@dariusmorgan8302 we have alot of promising guys to fill those roles and there is also free agency. I believe next off-season is when you see Davidson be very bold

@ThatGuyAlex69 I agree. Davidson has done it the right way and, you're right, he'll be looking to really elevate this team after this year. It's gonna be so great to witness all this and see us start making our push back up. Also agree with u that some of those roles are already filled with the guys we have. Good times are gonna be back for us Blackhawks fans

Davidson wtf are you doing not having Bedard set to be your captain at end of his rookie contract. Lost a lot of respect for the Hawks with this move. Should’ve left captaincy open this year. Not a good GM move. Very inexperienced move. Bedard should head to Pittsburgh
