@@sippyface4888 absolute bollocks. treat yourself to a history book and see all the world leading engineering achievements that Britain has produced. we still lead today, most F1 teams are based here in the UK, Rolls Royce aero engines, Airbus, Dyson, the list is endless

@@sippyface4888 It’s broadly true, an unfortunate consequence of having an empire and the captive market that went with it. Products with a guaranteed customer didn’t have to be of the highest quality and when the guaranteed customers had gone and found better elsewhere it was the beginning of the end. Sadly us average Anglo Saxons were not the architects of this imperial misadventure, as we were conquered in 1066 and just subjects thereafter. When slinging gangster ruling class accusations at the Russians it should also be remembered who still holds what material riches in this country and how they were obtained.

Well done that Man, I'm 70 yrs old, and a biker back in the day. To see this fella bring back into existence these gorgeous machines brings a tear to my eye and a lump in my throat. We live in terrible times, with the boys clubs around the world running us all into extinction for there profit and Gain. This lift's the veils of corruption to bring a little sunshine of hope to my fellow brothers and sisters around a sad planet. Bless that Man.

Absolutely incredible. Proper British craftsmanship at work there - back to when guys would build amazing things in their "sheds". I am available for immediate adoption by the way (well-used, balding 50's with odd accent in Mexico - but whatever - just throwing it out there 😀)

I am amazed!!! What a person can do just floors me. That bike is probably one of the best bike builds I have ever seen. I wish I had 1/2 of your knowledge and 1/10th of your gumption. If I built that bike I would sleep next to it.

A massive project, that only a master could do ! Congratulations big time. I came near buying an AJS in about 1957 or so, a single. Really loved the Matchless bikes of that time, in the US. Again super builder, you are . Thanks for showing and explaining… 👍🏻🇺🇸

Absolutely brilliant, I have always wonted to build a modernized V-twin J.A.P, engine with 2" belt drive to a Norton commando five speed box. What I found interesting was your use of sand-casting to make your cam-chain-cases, not to mention making the crank. Excellent!

Pat on the back great job ❤ very cool bike. Here in NZ a freind has a cammy AJS and rides it on the street. Private builders are great to see. Here in Christchurch we had BEARS racing the base of where John Britten and his talented team of helpers grew from. We have had guys building engines from very early times. Fascinating storys behind these builders. I was part of team Harley & we built the BLACKADDER McKintosh Harley. Buiding and customising bikes is a real love affair.
