Actually, it takes one German to apply for a passwording license and another to approve the application. Also, the password can only be chosen in the presence of a certified labour rights supervisor (union rules). Once chosen, the contents of the password have to be vetted for anti-constitutional speech by a fourth German at the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution before it can be submitted to the Federal Office for Information Security, where it is reviewed by a committee of five other Germans. From then on, expect to receive an unannounced password inspection at least once a month (eight more Germans are required for this job).

I can only understand some basic words in German. And I can also understand Dutch quite a lot (colonisation centuries ago in My country South Africa) This is mainly due to how much afrikaans I have learned Went to Germany this year in April for a tour and had fun. The people did take offence for me when a local shoves me away (I am aware it might be rude) but to be fare we all were blocking walk paths so I saw it as understandable but the others were like you should let people push you around. (we are in a different country, different culture and environment.) Also Bretzels and Bratworst (sorry for spelling) are delicious and would have again!
