After realising we've been avoiding trying problems that aren't our strengths, we decided to head to the Climbing Hangar in Sheffield to get on our anti-style of boulder problems
A surprise ending with an impromptu mini coaching session from the awesome Leo......can we work at our worst style of climbing and ultimately make any improvements?

That was epic! All the climbs were great (Sophie on the pink, I feel your trauma!), but the yellow… 😮 I’ve never seen such a perfect example of being completely bamboozled by a problem to some well coached technique and commitment completely unlocking it! Kudos to you Brett and your mate Leo 👏🏻👌🏻💪🏻 I’ll definitely be giving my weaknesses a go when I’m next at the gym!

Learn to dyno in less than 7 mins - inspiring! I was trying out the moves using my door handle - not too successful! I'll try at the climbing centre tomorrow.
