I’ve been a colts fan my entire life and this is the first time I can remember being completely numb to them. Until the Colts completely clean house they will be mediocre to bad every year. This is the first year my wife has really gotten into the nfl and shes a big Josh Allen fan now. The colts are so embarrassing and I care so little about them now that my wife actually got me to buy her a Josh Allen jersey for her and I for Christmas. I have no shame about it lol

Same here, even through the bad season without Manning, or the years where Luck got hurt, this has been the first year where I feel checked out? If my wife told me we had plans every sunday the next 3 weeks and I would miss the games its the first time in my 25+ years watching I wouldn’t be upset. Something needs to change

I hear ya, ive been numb basically since Luck took his neckbeard home. year after year of just stupid decisions, terrible FA pickups, overreaching draft picks and underperforming week after week. I've watched maybe 2 hours of football this year, ive found so many other things to do on Sundays that the NFL just doesnt interest me. How can you sit through this crap every week?

The play-calling in this game had to be the worst I've seen in a long while. It's like Steichen doesn't see the game from 20,000 feet, he only sees his play card and is in a microcosm of the game with blinders on. For example, at a critical juncture in the game where it was about to go off the rails in favor of Denver, Steichen runs on first and 2nd down and we lose a yard in two plays. Now he's put AR in 3rd and 11, it's just not going to go well when you put the QB in a bad situation, AR created his own mess in this game too, no doubt about it, he was atrocious , but Steichen was equally horrible.

Steichan has been a huge disappointment all year. He's grossly over-rated.
@AH-dd4wj25 күн бұрын
considering how piss poor are pass blocking is it's wild the amount of deep route concepts we run. AR is forced to scramble every play because he doesn't have time to let the play develop and no one is open. Yeah AR misses a couple passes he should be making, but generally everyone is blanketed and he's forced to throw a laser, throw it away, or take off. Schematically we have problem.

My first day in yhe job everyone was looking at me weird because the general manager that hired me was fired right after my interview the same day. I was shocked and speechless....I heard coworkers talking saying the general manager that hires me misunderstood a lot of work stuff and keep messing up customers order. Now i got introduced to a new general manager who's was a company union senior truck driver that has experience with work and customer service. This GM has no idea who i am and my resume but go through what the HR corporate sends him about me 😆. It's very strange to fired somebody at your new job for the best of the company. Hopefully our team will do what we gotta do to our GM for the best of the team.

Ballard + Bradley = Failure to win. Sit Taylor to let him stew on the bench to think about his high-priced actions. Get someone to call plays that understands both OUR & opponents strengths & weaknesses to set a gameplan for each opponent. Need to get coaches that know how to motivate players. Colts have had WAY too much potential without achievement. Horrible example of accountability. Irsay or daughter needs to change things positively.

@Michael-Gaskin25 күн бұрын
I have said it before and will say it again, when you bring back a mediocre team over and over again with only a few great players(Buck and Q) you will not have a good team. Yes this team has good building blocks in place but we also have overpay on several guys only because we drafted them. I used to love Ballard but he has been horrible. This team is bad overall and needs a huge overhaul. Remember when Frank lost the locker room, ya that exact same team is here with very minor changes. We also need to stop with the coordinators being a head coach. I remember everyone laughed when the Lions hired Dan Campbell because he didn’t run an offense or defense, but he is a natural leader and allows his coordinators to do their job so he can do his. Vrabel was the same way. There is so much bs going on and everyone has become numb to it. We have become the new Browns or Raiders that’s a complete dumpster fire with minor hope

Players do not want to play for Indy. I do know its hard to compete with states like Florida and its no income tax. However, we have bright and shiny facilities. THAT ISNT ENOUGH there is no reason to settle for mediocrity. I'm not a ban-wagon by any means. that being said I no longer live in Indy and I want to always be a fan. if we can not take this seriously I will change to being a browns fan. watch me! its where i live now and they don't win either but still. I'm so tired of seeing these great team comps. yet we cant manage to not look like a joke in the AFC south. why are we letting overpaid Qb's (Jacksonville) a terrible team (titans) and rookie qb, and head coach (Houston) beat us regularly. This goes way beyond the players. There is 0 accountability. We need new leadership ASAP. I'm being dead serious when i say this. If ownership waits till the end of the season to make changes. We will be experiencing the same crap next year and I'm not sure I want to endure it again. Get a new GM NOW! Let them get into the building over the remainder of the season. To observe some issues and make changes as they see fit going into our off season. I'm down for a boycott of last 3 games!

I knows Steichen has been very underwhelming this year. But this roster construction does not help the coach or AR. The back to back offensive turnovers from your guys that you paid is what killed the game. I just want a new GM to evaluate everything and give AR the best chance to succeed because we are failing this kid. Because you need to play him next year to truly evaluate everything. If he is bad you move on in 2026 and get Arch or Drew Allar the year after with a new everything.

What epitomizes Ballard’s reign to me is his 1st pick this year . The consensus pick was Quinyon Mitchell . But no , he’s too smart to do that . He picks Latu . How’s that working out so far. Pro bowl , generational talent vrs another mediocre DE . Hell , he could have drafted Worthy or Thomas but of course he drafted a gem in the 2nd round. He’s made some good picks but it’s balanced by his bad ones and his arrogant refusal to address obvious problems creates serious roster problems. What you’re left with is mediocrity. Not good , not bad . If you’re fine with 9-8 or 8-9 , he’s your man.
