You guys keep sleeping on Unholy DK and I can’t empathize enough how well-rounded and fun the spec is now. You can play pure ST with the summoner build, pure DoT mass cleave with disease build, passive wound build with Festering Scythe + DnD wounds or even a low key build with more instant damage via Magus Cleave. You will literally never die in raid unless you’re trying, you have a huge melee-range distance meaning you will never have to hug the boss or lose damage uptime and Unholy has the most unique selection of builds for all content. I tried to make Frost work but after trying the various Unholy builds, I have been sold ever since. You get a combat mount with summonable Death Knights…

Agree except warlock. Blizz is actively curbing the power level for classes that gets more power as the expansion goes, just look at ret, which traditionally is a class that gets stronger as we get more secondary stats but now it's likely going to be mniddle of the pack. Same with Warlock I suspect.

I don't even think warlock is actually strong outside of destro in mythics. They're middle of the pack and even lower with the rest of the specs in raid and mythics.

Destro is definitely semi mobile. Rain of fire is your big spender in mythics and that's insta cast. You can reduce incinerate cast time with weaving in conflagrate. Summon infernal and malevolence are insta and CDF is like 1.5 seconds or something. Not that bad tbh.
