That depends, Greataxe is pretty nasty with the Warhammer, but I think Hatchet could also be strong for both PvE DPS, and PvP due to berserk.

Great video. I enjoyed your breakdown of the fight. Good to see your point of view and reasoning. It helps me learn to fight Rapier/ Muskets as they seem really popular on my server. I play with PVP always on. I was handing in a quest here at Fisherman's Bend when I got attacked by 3 players. I was level 25 and they were all higher levelled with one being level 33. I quickly ran into that little hut, healed up and a few seconds later they all dived in after me. It was a big mistake for them since I use Warhammer (Crowd Crusher) with Great Axe (Reap). Killed two of them in less than 10 seconds and the third tried to run. But charge, Reap and Bloodthirsty (passive) made that impossible for him 🤣

Thought I would throw it out there but that bonus dmg you get from traps and using fire (pillar of flame ability) can stack with full hp dmg bonus along with using a onyx gem and trapping someone at full hp into that ability can lead to almost a one shot on light targets

Hey quick question, ive been planning on running spear since we're restarting because my friend got the game. Was curious about pvp tips with spear and what to pair it with. (almost certain im going bow) but my main question is how bad is mixing weapons of different types? Like rapier axe or warhammer musket as they dont scale with the same attributes is that really detrimental?

Spear and bow are VERY strong together. So is spear and rapier believe it or not. I don’t main spear to be honest, so I don’t want to give Misinformation haha

Hey Bow and Spear are actually busted together and you could pull of some sick 1Vx moments, but it is for sure a high skill cap combo that you would have to work at to pull off! - Lance

Had a hard time with the rapier when dealing with multiple enemies. Went with the spear instead bcause of CC and propably its just easier to play, then the rapier :D but looks like the rapier is dealing way more damage than the spear?

Spear is SOOO good for crowd control, I might try it out!

@@TheComebackKids definitely has a lot of good CC attacks. Can be a life saver in crowded PvE situations. But also the range is what I liked about it in combination with the musket.

Absolutely great video but all of you great guys at pvp makes it look easy. Im a fire/ice mage and some of the melees are never hiding, they just charge and don’t give me time to breath! Side stepping all my stuff and the only times I kill a good melee players is when they fuck up in my ice shower

Remember as a mage you OWNNN Medium range! Practice landing those shots, and abilities!! Wait on ice storm until they are on top of you if they are double melee, and PUNISH them for making that mistake! You got this!

Great video! While some are focused on his combo or his skills, i like to focus on the overall knowledge and composition during the fight....that alone can win you fights against better players too....I have been neglecting every other weapon because i cant walk away from Berserkers healing but knowing that there is healing in this build, i might just try it

Question: In close quarters cover like this, when you flèche and hit an object, do they take more damage since you animate over them longer? Or is it a defined amount? Oh, and when they run for cover after being aggressive, they are hurting… smart move for going in while they were at their weakest.

Flech will only tick there for damage one time to matter what sadly, and yes press the attack when they are running!!

Just been messing around with musket, and if you take the 3 headshots gives an insta reload (critical reload) and the shooters stance with 5 shots it gets really buggy, you visually double shoot or the number of shots in your stance will display 4 lol

I healed from a talent under the muskets trapper tree called "Scent Of Blood". It allows me to heal for 100% of the damage I deal when the target is trapped!
