Hi guys, Just a quick rule question about wrath-effects. If somebody plays wrath and you have a modular creature and a creature without a +1/+1-Counter out i am pretty sure you can not save the second creature. That's because wrath resolves completly before you get to work on anything else that is on the stack. A lot of things may trigger while you resolve Wrath so dodging it with your commander out trough right staking of the triggers is totally possible, but you shouldnt be able to do what you have explained at 45:30.
@Donnerfell9 жыл бұрын
Donnerfell P.S: I played against Echo-Haste-ETB Dudes with this commander. Was kinda amazing xD P.S.S: Just found something else. xD Sadly you can not sac-block somebody with trample to negate all the dmg. The creature would assign the needed dmg to kill all blockers (in this case 0 creatures = 0 dmg) and then deal excees dmg straight to you. It would notice that it was blocked at all. (Except from block-triggers maybe ^^)

31:20 "don't play this cards". Meanwhile, Gameknights episode 8, 24:42, Cassius stays in the game because of it and later on wins. Hintside, you definitly can play such cards. If you use them in the right way. Obviously, they can be dead cards more often then not, too. But that's the best example, why you still can play it.

So did marchesa get stronger when the ruling in tucking a commander changed? Because now you have the choice to put here in the command zone no matter where she goes

Where did you fellaz get the [what seems to be, at least] high rez images of cards? Most pictures of the cards I see online are sized a bit too small to be able to increase the size without compromising the quality and clarity of the cards on the screen.

Doesn't the rule for the commander moving to any area other than the command zone say that you can always put him back in the command zone? So "hinder" wouldn't force you to place him in your library right?
@joshleekwai88958 жыл бұрын
Brent Sheridan Well, this was our first episode of the podcast so it came out over two years ago. A few rules have changed since then, including the "Tuck Rule". It used to be you could make someone shuffle their Commander into their deck but they changed the rule in early 2015 to what it is now.

+1/+1 counters don't erase -1/-1 counters for persist, they both exist so marchesa triggers but persist doesn't
@joshleekwai88959 жыл бұрын
Aedryn6210 This is not true. A -1/-1 and a +1/+1 counter on the same permanent eliminate each other as a state-based action.
