How to avoid perforation of the pulpal floor. 1- Flatten the cusp tips so as to have a dependable reference point 2- Measure the position of the top of the pulp chamber on the BW x Ray 3- Use a sharpie and mark that length on the shank of the bur.

Hey man, that's a great presentation, thank you. the thing that always bugging me is about the standard of "straight line of access". So the question is if you look at the occlusal surface , vertically straight from the top, with one eye only, do you see all the canals fully + its tiny periphery? or you see them partially? I get under and over prep in my comments frequently, very frustrating to grasp the idea.

the truss technique leaves debri in the chamber and u can't address the issue of portals of exit into the furcation.

How long is edondotic residency? Do you pay tuition? Any stipend? Income upon graduation?

In Italy it doesn’t exist, because dentistry is a medical specialty like cardiology etc. Italian university doesn’t teach anything and so italian dentists learn all the things in post graduate. Of course you have to pay everything for you own.
