@@TheContainerGuyTV i wanted to ask your opinion on something… with 2 1/2” metal stud framing and closed cell spray foam on the whole interior, with that and a mini split, in your experience is that enough to stay warm during a canadian winter? My other thought is doing spray foam on the exterior for condensation and everything, and then inside the can do metal stud framing with fiberglass batts… it’s going to be a house, not storage

You can etch galv by simply wiping it with vinegar. We were trying lots of things then realized the answer was sooo simple!

Your powder coater should be wearing ppe when doing pretreatment, thoes chemicals can be very harmful especially acid etch and if you’re using chromate
