The rich person who is free of all tensions and No work pressure..will be happy and will have time to concentrate on their studies but whereas its all quite opposite to the middle class or poor boy. We should study for long years from birth..but companies filter us in seconds😄. Even HR don't have patience to read the talents😀

Dear Hari, definitely, there is no reason to doubt your capabilities, just because few companies have 60% criteria. Also just for your info, many companies don't convert CGPA in percentages, they say either above CGPA 6 or 60 Percentage, so chill.... All the Best!!

Hello sis, I got 6.8 cgpa in my BTech. According to my university,CGPA to percentage conversion is "(cgpa-0.5)*10" which gives me my percentage as 63 percent, but I got selected in Accenture which requires 65%. Dear Mukesh, if you are really good at your skills, try building your portfolio over "Github" and showcase that to employers(in your resume), it will stand out to them and your percentages will become less important. Make sure you are applying for good product companies, not services MNCs which have 60% criteria. Also consider doing MCA, as jobs at BCA level are highly underpaid.

I attended lots of calls from companies HR but no call converted into result, even hardly of these calls reach till technical round. Most of the calls scheduled interview rounds, even they sent me interview conference link, login, password like details but in the final movement they either cancled it or not appear on vedio call. i got 85% in 10th and 67% in 12th yes i got active backlogs in 1st sem as iwas doing ccna ist year rather than focusing on college stuffs but i got 5cgpa in ist year still in 2nd year it increased to 6gpa but still ig to much active backlogs which i need to clear but the curricullam is trash in my college i literally got no interest anyway .I hope i geta job based on my skills !!

Thanks for the content. I'm a MCA 2020 grad with 84%, bsc with 75%, 12th with 59.7 and 10th with 80%. And my question is in 12th I just have 59.7% which is very near to 60% eligibility criteria. After my bsc I have attended for Infosys campus interview, there I contacted HR recruiter with the same doubt then he said, not even 0.1 less than 60% is considered. From then I'm in big confusion and depressed a lot. Can I apply to the companies with exact points or can I give 60%, as it makes somewhat fake? I already applied to many companies with the same 60%. You shouldn't write 60% as documents are verified thoroughly. I am also facing the same problem - got 59.4% in 12th. I already knew from the very start of my Bachelor's (BCA) that I will be facing this issue that's why I have been preparing for the same accordingly (making projects, GitHub, coding competitions, etc.) I know I am doing the hard work required to achieve the goal and it will pay off ultimately. So, just don't let yourself down. Opportunities are in front of your eyes right there - waiting for you to grab them. Keep looking and keep searching. :)
