The rich person who is free of all tensions and No work pressure..will be happy and will have time to concentrate on their studies but whereas its all quite opposite to the middle class or poor boy. We should study for long years from birth..but companies filter us in seconds😄. Even HR don't have patience to read the talents😀

Dear Hari, definitely, there is no reason to doubt your capabilities, just because few companies have 60% criteria. Also just for your info, many companies don't convert CGPA in percentages, they say either above CGPA 6 or 60 Percentage, so chill.... All the Best!!

According to my university,CGPA to percentage conversion is "(cgpa-0.5)*10" which gives me my percentage as 63 percent, but I got selected in Accenture which requires 65%. Dear Mukesh, if you are really good at your skills, try building your portfolio over "Github" and showcase that to employers(in your resume), it will stand out to them and your percentages will become less important. Make sure you are applying for good product companies, not services MNCs which have 60% criteria. Also consider doing MCA, as jobs at BCA level are highly underpaid.

I attended lots of calls from companies HR but no call converted into result, even hardly of these calls reach till technical round. Most of the calls scheduled interview rounds, even they sent me interview conference link, login, password like details but in the final movement they either cancled it or not appear on vedio call. Hi mam,I'am a mechatronics engineering final year student,I got 90% in 10th,59% in 12th and 8.1 cgpa in BTech respectively. Due to shortage of 1% in 12th i'am not eligible for entering an IT company. As my college major requiters are tcs and CTS they have this 60% margin criteria.it was very frustrating that I've performed well in college and developed my skills to attain a good career and they decided not to make me participate in their test.. but I've read the details of tcs eligibility then I've noticed that they have asked for "60% or 6 cgpa through all academics" which means if I convert my 12th percentage in cgpa,I get above 6 cgpa. So, whether now I'm eligible mam?

Dear Harish, here are things you need to understand: 1. tcs and CTS are not the end of world, they are just 2 companies in a pool of lakhs of companies 2. When a company says "60% or 6 cgpa", they do not mean to convert your %, they are saying if the grading system was % then 60% is required, if grading system was CGPA than 6 CGPA.. Thumb-rule is whatever is mentioned on your degree, that is considered, you can't convert.

I had scored 57% aggregate in PCM and 69% overall in 5 of my subjects in 12th cbse boards .. will there be any eligibility issue for mnc companies at the time of on campus cse placement ?

I had less than 60 percent in 12 boards but after improvement exam I scored 91 percent in 12 exam. Is my improvement marksheet is considered by Infosys, TCS , Microsoft or other mncs?

Ma'am I have done 10 and 12 as private student with 1 year gap between 10 and 12 and 1 year after 12 and btech . and done btech as regular student can I apply mnc like tcs wipro etc

Got placed in L&T construction as PGET. 0 backlogs in MBA but 1 back in my 2nd sem of btech in Math which I cleared later.L&T has a criteria of no past or active backs.there is nowhere written that I have a back on my btech semester -wise certificate.Will I be rejected?

Maam ,actually I am very much depressed cause I got to know about this criteria this year which is my final year I am having 81% in ssc and 51% in HSC and due to that I did a diploma in computer engineering with 90% marks and having 8+ cgpa in my engineering uptill now but suddenly I came across this eligibility thing and this has scared the shit out of me maan seriously 😔

Dear student, you have scored so well in your engineering, you should have faith in your abilities; the whole purpose of this video was to tell students that don't get depressed for few companies, there are 100s other companies who doesn't have this criteria..

I scored scored 75% in 10th.. 54% in 12th.. Present I'm doing my b.tech 1st year.. Infact I'm good in coding skills started projects in 1st year it'self.. the problem is thinking about my future that criteria will affect me or not... Dipressed too...
