I actually cried when I saw this video of San José del Pacífico, Oaxaca state. I actually had to watch it through tears of nostalgia to be back there again. I was six months in México in 2019, two and a half months of it in Oaxaca state, and just an overnight coming from Pto. Escondido back to Cd. Oaxaca... I miss it so much... This may seal the deal to just drop everything and go back later this winter. At the coast that afternoon it was 94°F, at San José del Pacífico by the late afternoon it was 41°F in late March!

Adam's facial expressions are the best! Heidi, you lucky gal! Never a dull moment, right? I'm a traveler of Mexico as well with a niece in Merida who likes to share her native country's beauty with her Texan aunt. I like off the beaten path adventures and found a very strange spot near Uxmal that had fairy holes in the ground that a person could climb a ladder down into it....Honey bees were flying out of a few of them so I passed on that encounter; however, I had to leave "leave something" for the magical feel--not money--so I left a cacao bean, a ball point pen from my bank in Texas & a mini-pak of kleenex (unused). When I returned to the main area I was given a coconut--ice cold! Wish I could remember it's name but all I can remember is that it is on a little side road that twists and turns a couple miles out of Uxmal towards Merida. It's been "said" leprechauns & fairies live there! Uxmal was great too. The evening show at the pyramid with the explanation of the rains and the serpents and all Mayan mystique was simply gorgeous. Keep up those facial expressions Adam. Greatness!

San José del Pacífico it's a Stop you can't miss if you are going from Oaxaca City to Huatulco. And that Hot Chocolate (milk) the BEST!! BEAUTIFUL PLACE YOU GUYS STAYED AT THERE! 👌🏽 PS. The views are even better LIVE. THANK YOU ADAM AND HEIDI 👍🏼🤟🏽😎🇲🇽🇺🇸

Great, fun video. I like to hike up so you can see more scenery; walking down you need to watch your steps more than going up. Nice hotel too

Yes 🙌 I’m with you Mark! You really need to be careful when going down if you trip and the momentum gets you - you’re in deep doo doo! 💩 Thanks for watching - also when is your birthday my friend?

Vomit van...hahaha. Baloo the bear is very cute! That cabin is cozy - a tree in the bedroom...what!?! I dig those jeep wagoneers..they look like a lot of fun on those stunning mountain roads! All for 50 pesos, damn! The swing (first one) looked exhilarating. Second one with Mr. Mirador was hilarious! :D I like how you take it easy and don't push it for the sake of it if it doesn't work out. Hope you get to check a temazcal out at some other place. Great video as always guys ... very 'breathtaking' ;) keep having fun!

Thank you so much!! We are so glad we didn’t vomit - it wasn’t too bad. A little worse on the way from there to the coast but the Dramamine helped a lot! We appreciate you watching!

I was wondering why there was a "mirador" sign, so I looked it up. Merriam Webster defines it this way: "a turret, window, or balcony designed to command an extensive outlook." Gorgeous view there! Even the dog took advantage of his perch to enjoy the view! Thank you, Country Collectors, for bringing us such a magnificent sight!
@TheCountryCollectors2 жыл бұрын
Oh interesting! Yes it was a lovely lookout! Mr. Mirador really enjoyed it haha! Oh I know those dogs 🐶 are some lucky dogs to be living up there - I wonder if they can appreciate the view. 😜 Thanks so much for joining us - we’re so happy we can share all of this with you! Love you.
