Love the ideas! I think for the skull box I would have painted the box only, leave the skulls unpainted, but maybe distressed.

You two are the best! These crafts are very unique and adorable. Halloween is my favorite holiday because I'm a witch and we go all out and creepy for the holiday. Majority of my Halloween decorations stay up all year. You got another subscriber! BTW, we don't fly on brooms and eat children. Just on Halloween.............LOL

Bones do get dirty but they're not perfectly white unless they're bleached out either by the sun or by chemical processes from a scientist. So bones usually have a very natural ivory color... I think that's one of the reasons your chandelier and your hand turned out so well

For the candy dish, I think even though it would be a lot more work, distressing the little skulls as you do with the chandelier and then gluing them to the black bowl would look best. While I love the color black, especially for Halloween, it's hard to even tell those are skulls after you painted them all black.

Those are AWESOME!! I love the chandelier, I might just have to make that. Thank you for keeping your supplies MOSTLY from the Dollar Tree! Most of the videos that I've watched say-"Dollar Tree diys for Halloween" and MOST of their items are from "other" stores, ie Wal-Mart, Hobby Lobby, etc. I get that you can't get EVERYTHING from the Dollar Tree, but at least you guys tried....Thanks for that!! That is definitely something you could put up all year around and I agree with you the one that you rubbed some of the paint off of actually looks better than the satin finish and I have to agree with you there I think the mat would have been better than the satin but still beautiful

If you’re hosting a Halloween party, you absolutely need to make some of this stuff- so original and badass!Moving on to unrelated business, are you two planning on making a somewhat bohemian, neutral colored, minimalistic fall wreath for the front door? No? Would you consider it? Fall wreaths are either way too busy, covered in the traditional colors of orange, yellow, and brown (all of which I hate), or a combination of both. I’d make one myself, but I have no creative skills.🥲

21:01 skull 💀 definitely with the skulls not painted black because I think once you see it you’re like what is it just looks like a bowl with the base unless you look really closely. Either way props for you for the idea it’s a cool idea I can definitely see myself making that note for four dollars all overall it looks really good. Additional comment is that the stalls look good with the detail of the contrast of water national school would look like so a lighter color either white or a natural color and then the deep eyesockets generally black.

Well... Yes the older the bone the more white it becomes, and the creases wouldn't be there, they're not connected by bone, lol. I know this is just for fun, but I took a forensic anthropology class last semester and was really interested and did really well.. So it's messing up Halloween for me now hahaha

Very nice. How many are actually original ideas? I've been watching diy tutorials on KZbin for almost a decade, and I know I've seen others make similar items. I just didn't hear you give any credit to others. Also, for the chandelier, it would probably be better to use candles with a remote or at least a timer. Otherwise you'll have to turn each one off and on every day.
