In this video tutorial I teach you how to make my Confetti Charm Quilt! This is the perfect go to gift idea when you are in a crunch to get something done.
All you need to make a Confetti Charm quilt is 2 yards of a background fabric and one pack of 42 squares that measure 5" x 5".

I use to quilt a lot when my children were young and at home but now that my grandkids are even grown, I had gotten away from it and moved on to wine and soap making but watching your videos is giving me the quilting fever. Never made a quilt before but I think I can make this one. Got a new computerized sewing machine for Christmas and it's sews like a dream so much better than my others. I plan to make a memory quilt of my late son--in-law's plaid and striped shirts with a solid background of a dark color, most likely a shade of blue as that is the predominant color in the shirts.

I love this! I'm so not a quilt person, but this one I think I'd like to do. I'd use a dark/metallic color for the background and some soft, lighter colors or patterns for the squares.

Hello from Italy! I just love your videos and have learned a lot from you! You are a WONDERFUL teacher. I have one question. I up-cycle my fabric and buy very little new things. I use old clothes, search thrift shops, etc. So, here is my question. When you say WOF, could you give me a measurement of that please? More or less. In inches. Do you send it to be quilted or do you quilt it yourself. If so is it hand quilted or do you do it on a long arm or regular machine

I quilted this one on my longarm machine but it depends on the project. I do all of the quilting methods you mentioned- hand quilting, sit-down free motion quilting on a domestic sewing machine and with a longarm. They are all great ways to finish your quilts!
