Dollar tree has hardback books that may not be your taste of reading material but you could "remake" the spine with a title of a book you love that way you get the craft and save your favorite book. I think that is what I am going to do.

I am a bibliophile and have 100’s of books. That being said, I also junk journal. I get my books at places like Goodwill and library sales. This would be a great use for the out date encyclopedia sets.

I vote for option 1; option 2; option 3; option 4 I would also love to see how to make the cans with the cork handle, tea tin one, the painted wood with handles hiding the organizers behind, as well as the two baskets behind wood, I would also like to see how to make the drawer dividers. It's so good to watch you regularly again. I am now making junk journals, and the supplies I need is overwhelming, mainly recyclables. I am currently in a 1 bedroon unit with no cupboards, except for the tiny kitchen and the tiny combined bathroom, toilet, laundry. As a crafter I'm suffering immensely. I had a 16 hole cubby shelf, so I bought pink cloth folding tubs to fit and about 1/3rd of my supplies fit in them. I found a free 9 hole one, so that's on top of the bigger one. I have another flatpack 16 hole one ready to put together, also free, so as soon as I can get rid of the narrow bookshelves I can replace them with it. I also have my Horn sewing cabinet that I don't want to get rid of. I now have a new bed that will fit those underbed tubs, so my quilting fabrics can live there. Then, behind my bedroom door, I have adjustable steel shelving that has to hold my antique paper shelves, adjusted to fit their height and my scrapbooking papers are in the 12x12" plastic containers that can fit on other shelves as well. I would like to put containers or baskets behind the wood like you showed, to fill in the gaps on the shelves to keep it neat. I also need to find the best way to store all my sewing haberdashery because there is not much storage in the sewing cabinet. Any ideas are welcome. I also have a couple of those 3 tier carts on wheels. I'm still working on how to utilize them to their best, I have lots of stamps, stamp pads, blending brushes, dies and cutting machine, paper cutters and guillotines, score boards, rulers, punches, glues, tapes, washis, stickers, cut outs, specialty papers, hole punches, staplers, metals eyelets, brads, paper reinforcers, postage stamps, cottons, threads, strings, yarns, laces, ribbons, fabric flowers and trims, calico, fabric scraps, larger fabric and lace pieces, large variety of beads and findings, paints and brushes, all kinds of pencils, markers, paint markers, art papers and canvases, quilting supplies, sewing patterns, gesso's and paint mediums and texture pastes, fabric dyes, printing plates and equipment, card, paper, frames, recycle card, cardboard, papers, acetate, wooden/mdf blanks, embroidery equipment and frames and threads, buttons, scissors, book binding tools, sponges, foam, macrame yarns and raffia for basket weaving......you name it, Ive got except for knitting yarns and needles or crochet hooks, (1 set of each in bamboo because I love it and I do knit & crochet when I'm restricted to bed rest and they live in my knitting bag). Sorry it's much. But I use it all, or would if I could put my hands on everything. I downsized HEEEEEEAPS

I’m so hooked on your organizing vids! After watching the first one where you use ziploc bags with cardstock liners. Just brilliant. I’ve been reorganizing all my little bits & pieces for that last few days…just ran out of ziploc bags! 😱😌😄😄. ALL FOUR! BTW...I was suspended from school in the 7th grade in 1967 for turing an old hardcover book my mom gave me to use... I turned it into a "sandwich safe" and was so proud of my creation! My teacher saw it on my desk, took it, and held it up to show the entire class. She told everyone I was a Nazi! My mother was LIVID because she was an innocent child who lived through WWII in Munich, Germany! I was sent to the principal who made me walk home... and, he KEPT my safe! Not every single book has to be or read... or will be read!! THANK YOU for all your ideas.... I've been up/re cycling since I was a KID!! I drive my family crazy because if I see something headed for the trash... they're gonna hear "NOOOOO... DONT THROW THAT AWAY!!!" 😂

I loved the tin can ideas. I covered three tin cans and made bean bags out of old denim (I cut up worn jeans): A bean bag toss game for the kids in my Sunday school classes. Adding facings to cardboard magazine holders is another great idea. Talenti jars NEVER go to the recycling bin, my husband and I both like them. Mine are used for cardmaking supplies (diecut shapes, sentiments, embellishments, etc.) or for little things like mini clothes pins--I leave them undecorated and add a label to the top. They fit great in bins. I also reuse Altoids or other mint tins. Those can be used for brads, small decoratives or sentiments.
