Yep. I'm 14. I've got me a 1978 f250 4 speed, 4x4, and a 2 speed brown box. 12 valve Cummins, 200 hp injectors, tuned pump, and a 67mm turbo. 3.80 posi gears, Dana 60 front and rear, rolling on 16x9 helo rims, and 33" Toyo AT3's. Dual 6" stacks, straight pipe, and a self made header. its not done but that is my plan.

Love those old F100s! Back in Senior year I had a '73 390 4bbl 4x4 4spd lifted 6" on 33s. dual straight pipes that each exited right behind each door, miss it so much! Now it's 7 years later... got a Civic with a fart can 😕

thecraig909 I Highly recommend the magnaflow super 40 series, I straight piped right after the headers on my 4.6L (bored out 4.3L) 305 and every head around turns xD top speed run 92.1mph in third out of 4 gears

Dakota Inman sorry I forgot to mention its a '85 vortec so yes it is a 305 inch gm motor, dont believe me google 1985 chevy astro 4.3L, when you bore out the cylinders/block ect you are also increasing the displacement when you do a few other internal upgrades since the motor has to be dropped to do anything other than basic maintenance.Obviously you understood what brand I was talking about and thanks for correcting that ;)

I get to go into school at 7:30 while everyone has to go at 6:30 and my principal said I couldn't drive my Nova with a 427 that was used in a Steve McCullen Nitro dragster in the 80's to school because it was a "distraction". The problem you ran into is the reason I used shorty tube headers on a '64 F100 I built. Put in a 351W with a T10, left the 6 cylinder third member in it-was posi track/limited slip already. Missouri statues at that time were with mufflers, could stop at back of cab. Without, to the rear bumper. Ran mine out the end of Cherry Bomb see through at back of cab. Yours' is a sweet truck, keep it even if it's under a tarp.

I remember when I was in high school I had a 74 K5 with a full top instead of the half top. I ran that truck for a while with open headers like that and people were always looking expecting some hotrod lol and it was just my old rust bucket. I took that truck everywhere... some places that I was probably lucky to make it out of lol. Enjoy your youth kid, itll be gone before you know it...

Before he made it out of the parking lot, nearly the whole school was outside their classrooms looking to see what the racket was. He mentioned later that night that he had a lot of ringing in his ears. He was like that for a week or so. Fun times!

Yup, for like two months I drove my '87 LTD Crown Vic 2-door with a 302 to school with open cats. It was loud and droned like crazy. I tried to scare the pretty girls with it when they'd walk past haha.
