When I first played this as a little child I had no idea how much impact this would have on my life. I'm a huge Crash Bandicoot fan today and I always will be. This music is engrained in my head, and playing the good old games makes me feel sad and happy at the same time.

Got this game for Christmas 1997. My first game ever owned, and right when it first came out. The Christmas break ended and sometimes the cafeteria floors at school would be wet. So I did what any sensible 8 year old kid would do and would pretend I was Crash skating on the ice, sliding on the floors.

Sometimes tnt's dont explode properly if you go too far and that can screw you too. I always double check in that cursed bonus stage also rest of the game I think its a intentional optimization thing when it dont load that area

Not for me too:) Spin on top of up arrow box to stand on it then slide-glitchjump-belly flop to gem. I never done it on first try but I can do it after 2 3 try eventually You can delay or manipulate arrow boxes jump boost by sliding. Glitch jump for Extra height but its not enough because you need to do belly thing to get even higher height Also getting it without glitch is enjoyable because of speedy ice momentum too either way its win-win

It took me til 4 months ago that I got that hidden crate in the bonus area of Cold Hard Crash. It was the only gem I needed to complete the game. There was about a 13 year gap from then. It was satisfying to finally see that other ending.

Yeah, specially Cold Hard Crash. It took me more than 10 tries to understand how to complete the level with all boxes lol. But after I made it I had 154 boxes out of 155. After 3 tries getting the same I discovered that hidden box in the Bonus Level lol.

Arthur Mccalla its actually possible to get all the boxers without the skull route, doing a glitch with the bonus level which let's you do the bonus twice while still keeping the boxes from the first attempt. Thus means you have enough boxes to not have to do the death route. Just simply complete the level making sure you don't get too many boxes and you're set. That said, its one of the funniest routes on the game so w/e
