Nice one buddy. It is a lot of work but came out well in the end. I have been using sheets of grey foam which are about 1,5mm thick. They give an already textured look and can be cut using scissors to any shape you want. I liked your stencil method of doing the lines. Much better than masking tape I think. Hello, is it possible to add paint to the plaster before you turn it to a road? I ask this because there is a possibility that the road could get scratched and reveal the white from underneath the grey/black top. It's not a big deal but it would be cool if there is a way.

@@TheCreativeModellerHO Im just hoping that the paint wont mess up the hardening process somehow. Ill just have to test it out with a random glob before making any more roads.

If you use a sparing amount of paint there's a really low chance it will affect the hardening proses. But it's always a good idea to test it first...
