The thing that frustrates me the most about this type of terrorist activity is that we are powerless to stop it. It strikes without warning, innocent people are injured or killed, and the method used changes and makes it impossible to predict what is to come. We, the recipients of this type of activity, pray that we can stay safe. Once again, CR, you treat us to the most interesting crimes from around the world. You stay safe. Thank you, my friend.

Awesome, we just closed the Christine Jessop case after 36 yrs. The family was very pleased, and the man they initially charged was released. Loved petty crime. Keep going strong. 🇨🇦🐘♥️

He was also, don't come for me! Brilliant, which makes him ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING! I thought of the Unabomber, too. He should have received, Life( for real, not 20 years, for each crime!! I've never heard of that particular Mental Illness! But his Horrifying crimes involved too much planning, to be from Mental Illness. How many people, in a lifetime, would be able to do all that??! Hello Renee! Mental illness has nothing to do with IQ. Theodore "Ted"Kazcynski - Umabomber has a IQ at 167 ! And his targets was people working with modern technology. He keept FBI busy for a good 17 year . 🙄

This case reminds me of a similar case when someone blackmailed a food company by poisoning their brand baby food. I'm so glad these brothers were caught before they did kill someone. Great pets.

My 98 year old friend/long-term employer passed yesterday from complications arising from end stage dementia, so I really need to just sit and cry for a d ay or before coping. Luckily she had excellent hospice care and exited on her own pre-determined terms. So my 1 petty crime comment is for Rolo - I wouldn't mind an Amaretto Sour right now either, it's been years xo

Idk if his brother was involved or not or if he knew about his brother’s “hobby” but if he truly didn’t, a year for possessing a stun-gun is an outrageously long amount of time to be sentenced, regardless of whether or not someone’d already completed it w time served. That’s just my humble opinion on it, perhaps I’m in the wrong but I don’t believe so.

Brîndușa D. I sort of suspected something like that which the court had difficulty proving I’d guess, so they likely gave him the longest sentence they could on the charge they could prove. That’s my assumption but again, idk.

Happy weekend Crimey and fellow Reelers - the furry human striked again! You may have seen my comments before regarding my kitties waking me to watch CR and BC when the videos drop at 4am (I live in Washington State, USA). The littlest (Ida), kept grabbing my finger (she’s polydactyl so her paws are huge) wrapping her paw around it and pulling my hand. I ’hid’ under the blankets and she sat on my head and... farted! She apparently thought this was funny because she then did a lap around my room waking up Edie, Allie & Sheldon. Edie was not having any of it and started hissing, the dogs (A & S) were NOT getting involved and I rolled over and got a couple hours of sleep that she continued to interrupt. Once I did get up, I went to grab some coffee before settling down to enjoy CR. When I was on my way back to bed, I tripped and ended up spilling my cup of coffee (thankfully I use creamer, so it wasn’t hot) on Edie. So Edie went to lay on my pillow, dripping with coffee. I hope y’all are having a better start to your day. 😸🙀🐶 🐕

I very much love my furry humans and the audiences are full of fellow furry human lovers that enjoy the stories. Luckily the gasses were not noxious. Ida spent a lot of the morning napping and spent part of the afternoon “helping me” transplant some plants. She is so stinking cute, she looks so innocent and curious. Edie spent the morning being cute and is under the blanket, head on a pillow napping. And that’s an electric blanket she’s under, she acted very pathetic until I turned it on. Yes, I changed my name to include all of the furry humans’ names. Since all my videos are them and I don’t share much about myself, besides my name.

This brings back memories of many many years ago, when we received a bomb threat at work. They evacuated the store and the company lost hundreds of thousands of dollars for the day. I work in a grocery store and it was a Saturday, there was abandoned carts of groceries everywhere, melted ice cream, spoiled meat, damaged stock, took hours to clean up after they searched the building. That wasn't the worst part, the next time the guy phoned the manager at the time decided not to tell anyone about it. The losses play into their year end bonuses. He left for the day, and that was the end of it. Never knew if it was the police that recommended that or if it was his idea. But we found out after, and it sure makes you feel weird inside that you didn't have a choice in staying or not. Thankfully it ended there but no one should have the right to make decisions like that for you and since he left that day😤...you sure triggered some ancient memories with this one 🤣

Never heard of this one before. Very interesting, but chilling. People threatening with bombs is just very scary. Glad they got caught before someone really got hurt. Love the two pups in Petty Crimes (the snake is ok too, I guess)
